    Love your passion Steele
Totally agree with your belief that we are just caretakers of these instruments and they will live on many lifetimes

Just discovered this podcast, and I have a long way to go to finish the archive. Out of the three dozen or so I have listened to so far, this was far and away the best. Maybe we should start a Kick Start campaign to move him to the States.

I have a mid to late 70's Rogers floor drum, 18"x20"dia., It has a thick wrap material in a blueish/silver satin finish that have polished with a headlight cleaning kit.

This episode was absolutely amazing. Im currently restoring a 1970s Ludwig blue/olive badge 12/13/14/16, 22/14 bass. Cleaning it up and have already recut some of the bearing edges. Gotta say the bass drum sounds amazing with out any thing but new heads. I just need to find some spurs for it. Thank you

Anyone notice the constant birds chirping in Steele’s BG audio? Like John Bonham’s squeaky bass drum pedal! I can’t stop hearing the birds!

Thanks man, I'm glad you like the show. RUclips is by far the smallest place I get views but lots of passionate listeners here such as yourself. Most people listen on podcast apps like apple and Spotify, and be sure to find me on facebook or Instagram - I post daily rare old drum videos.
