In my view on this great reasoning, is; U grade at both PLE and UCE is totally uncalled for. Several factors that cause poor performance are not examined Continuous Assessment that would be based on is not considered by UNEB. A RESEARCH THAT RENDERED counting that would start from 1, and this one not meaning 0 were not crazy. Seven years cannot be assessed in only 2 days. Never! This deserves, a primary seven pupil to do PLE in 14 days in order to identify where the child lacked. The community we live in has proof that those awarded with zero are the most productive in society activities. When can we think of strengthening vocationalization in Uganda/ AFRICA? We must quickly advance from these very good systems of. Education but not ours. Owning what is not yours, is so temporary. Ours as Africans is vocational education system. Empowering skill development. I have a lot on this. Infact, UNEB has been malicious to Ugandans for very many years at both PLE and UCE.
