This stonefish may have sharp spines with enough venom to kill a human, but this moray eel has toxic skin and sharp teeth. Do you think this battle between the stonefish and the moray eel was even? Why or why not?
National Geographic-senpai : the battle was pretty one-sided but how was it going to consume the stonefish without ingesting some of the venomous spines ?
I was expecting an intense fight. And then I re-read the video title. Was not expecting it to be so... easy. Nice video though. It's nice to see National Geographic has a sense of humor too. Thanks National Geographic for sharing.
I went into this thinking the stone fish was gonna win. I thought the eel was just gonna chomp and chomp unsuccessfully while the stonefish just waited calmly for him to get tired and give up lol
Considering your name is “duchess of earl grey” I could see why you prefer someone like Attenborough. I bet you also write in a journal about your momentous victories in solitaire loll
Kevin Fortin they are an invasive species that systematically clears areas of all other life. They eat everything and were without a balanced predator species. They simply turned up at ate everything, unbalancing vast areas of seabed.

How can that be a battle if no fight was seen? It should be titled
The meal of the eel 🙌
An Eel Bites A Fish : For A While.
That rhyme deserved more likes! :P
Wonderful
Yeah but look at how the stone fish scraped off the scales of that fish it missed, that was awsome!!!
This narrator is a breath of fresh air
I had a pet snowflake Moray Eel name Bill. He hated Ghostbusters.

Between this and stingrays I'm not sure I'm ready to go swimming anymore. :0
More of this guy!
Camouflage doesn't seem to stop the moral eels. They can still spot their favorite preys stonefish and octopus without any problem.
Came for the fight, stayed for the narrator.
This narrator is either getting a big raise or being fired by NAT GEO
I love the humor
Fighting with step sis got me like:
Narrator is amazing
Love the commentary
Narrator sounded like that guy who was with mike Tyson on his podcast show, I swear its him in the beginning
Looks like nat geo hired a new channel manager
Was that Thomas Haden Church narrating? He was funny in Over the Hedge.
The best narrator I've heard in a natgeo vid..
The narrator is too funny. 🤣
Sounds like you're trying to reclaim viewers who are drifting over to zefrank1, the funniest nature guru on the Tube...

Is that the dude from the spider video?
ananias viper :3 yeah i think so lol, they answered our wish.
Reckon the eels can do something about lion Fish? They getting out of hand and doing so much damage. Time for eels to step up and sort things out!
Andrew Wilson Would be great if they did huh? Tired of lionfish
Baracudas and groupers like lion fish now
Siphy great stuff, reckon they need to go eat a lot of them before they do any more damage.
Andrew Wilson when did lion fish do any damage at all
Kevin Fortin they are an invasive species that systematically clears areas of all other life. They eat everything and were without a balanced predator species. They simply turned up at ate everything, unbalancing vast areas of seabed.
