How much grass retouching would you do until it starts misrepresenting the property?

Great question! I just clean up a few spots on my own. For fully replacing the grass or overlaying grass over most parts, I ask the agent in advance or if they ask after the photos have been delivered. Most of them want it overdone unfortunately

Does this work for whole lawns that need grass? Say for a new build.

Good question, personally haven’t tried that! I think it honestly might have trouble doing that since it doesn’t have surrounding grass to get an idea but maybe adding the prompt to add grass would work!
