Thanks Oluv, I've been wanting to hear this speaker ever since I heard of its release. Missing some mid warmth, a bit harsh without the grill, boomy midbass. I heard one of these in person a couple years ago. Great power though for its size.

Too muddy with grill cover. So strange that Naim didn't use the acuosticaly transparent material. Grill shouldn't shave more than 0,5 dB in hf range...
Reviewed this in a local hi fi shop a few months ago along with the QB version. It was a comprehensive listen, I made them demonstrate a lot of music over a couple of hours. It was a large demo room with a very high ceiling, liked it, but didn't love it. It's only a utility speaker at the end of the day. Just short of £1000 in the UK, not my £1000.

Someone has... Now, I'm no psychoanalyst, but it looks to me like he's taken some of the negative comments (or trolling from some other site's fanboys) very much to heart - and it feels like he's just not enjoying himself any more. The tone of some of his replies to comments made on a recent review/comparison (Blitzwolf thing Vs Tribit jobbie) seem to indicate that somebody has really upset him/pissed him off - as he appears to be biting (or being triggered) at things which he used to just brush off as trivial - to the point where he's almost arguing with people who are asking genuine questions, albeit in a clumsy manner!. (Sorry, Oluv - but it's quite obvious to some of us that you're not a very happy bunny at the moment, and whatever the reason - it's coming out in your reviews [no criticism intended - I like what you do!]) Anyway - @Delakota555 - Most of the recent unboxings have been like this, surprisingly abrupt with no commentary. Some people prefer this approach, as it's not a complete review (which I'm sure he'll do soon), just a live unboxing and sound test :)
