Me and my husband was about to purchase this floor plan but the timeline for completion was more than what we were willing to wait for. This house minus the upgrades starts at $247,000 - $255,000 here in Clayton, NC.. but purchased with all upgrades shown in this video would run around $300,000+.

What a difference a year makes! This same builder has this same floor plan for sale in Mableton for $346,900 in a sketchy surrounding neighborhood. I toured it yesterday and said to myself this house isn’t worth more than 225k! Terrible how bad the housing market is now.

FYI for folks who live outside of Georgia - Cartersville is about an hour outside of Atlanta...anything like this home inside the Perimeter would be double the price.

Are there any multi-generational homes out there in the ATL or the surrounding areas? I'm thinking Lennar Homes but maybe you know of others?
MakeWay, I have seen a few. You could also purchase a home with a full daylight basement and have the basement finished for that need.

Atlanta Homes for Sale thank you. I’m starting to look at GA for my retirement. I have about 4 more years to go. Also my fiancé is a musician so we need space where he can practice but not disturb me or the neighborhood. That’s why I’m mostly looking for something with a basement. Now he practices in a huge shed we built outside. I’m not sure if HOA will allow those things. I do truly appreciate your time.
