No more court, registrar has all the powers, to cancel or deny registration, new bill amended in TN.

The new bill, 'The registration (TN second amendment) act 2021, has four main insertion with effect from 13th August 2022, after the bill got approval from our latest Indian president Droupadi Murmu.
The Sub-registrar and his higher authorities have been given superior powers to decide on denial of registration of fake documents or even cancel such registered documents. Earlier it was through the court direction they had to cancel any fake registration or documents.
This new bill is a boon to Tamilnadu people. The video explains clearly the new changes in the bill in tamil language.
