Same as others, you got recommended to my feed and I'm glad. I think a lot of the answers to what you are asking can be found in David Graeber's "Debt: The First 5,000 Years". His other works are also amazing for ideas to change this ill conceived global system.

I couldn't make it past the first minute- Musk does not own 100% of the company. MBS still has ~$2b worth of shares. Also, the board absolutely tried to stop the deal from going through. They announced poison pill strategy after Musk's first offer, but since Musk overpaid they had to follow through with fiduciary responsibility.

Are you even able to see past Musks wealth? Do you know anything about Musk other than he has money? I think you are just repeating the ideas other people have told you. Have you any data or references to back up your assertions?

Not to kiss asses of billionaires but some of them like Elon Musk have their wealth because he invested that money into things that gonna make peoples life better not only products but by creating jobs, lowerings demand for product + costs, accesability and I also do not agree with words like they work hard because it's character trait but all self made millionaires, billionaires have it because naturally most intelligent and conscious person gonna reach top of hierarchy and if you think he is doing good work at that you can buy stocks and get as much return as that billionaire gets percentage wise. Also i got reccomended this video for some reason somewhere in rural eastern europe and video has good sound and high video quality and other videos have good ideas continue like that regulary and learn more from youtubers who are sucessful and capitalism will give returns

This argument is so naive. What is your alternate solution to money and capitalism? Socialism? Communism? how did the socialist and communist countries of the 20th century pan out?

Restricting the amount of money the leaders of a company and the company itself can make legally. The money is better spent in the wider community, rather than concentrating it. The goal needs to be to spread wealth out, rather than concentrating it on a few, which is essentially an oligarchy and can lead to all sort of problems for democracy as we can see right now.

@@aceyage You are saying the money is better spent in the wider community and spread wealth out. Basically you want to redistribute wealth. Who is going to decide how/where to redistribute it? What if you don't agree with where the money gets redistributed to? You are describing communism/socialism. You should study countries that went down that road before. Its not ancient history, its actually very recent history.

@@jamessullenriot Who decides who gets the money? More people than when it is concentrated. What to invest in? Education, health, streets, housing, food-, air-, soil- and energy-security. If you don't agree with what the money is spent on? Though luck, there has been a democratic vote on it. Maybe a different country is more to your liking?
There will still be millionaires, it's just about insane wealth going into 100s of millions. No single individual needs that kind of money.
We can take good elements of other poltical systems and implement them. As long as democracy is in place, the issues you are describing will not occur. There have been 90% wealth tax in the US before, it will have to come back if it doesn't want to devolve further into an oligarchy, which leads down exactly the same path as communism: fascism.
