If SK falls into the 'everyone gets a chance' trying to please everyone like Mandem did then it's donezo. This was Tommy's whole point, you gotta move with the server or you'll get left behind.
Yup, wars were hard to watch for MDM and a lot of them were toxic due to the simple fact that 1 side tried and the other side didn’t. And for viewers, seeing 6 down from the side that you watch every single time can only be fun for so long.
I feel that part of their issue is their three biggest proper wars were against the two strongest gangs in the city (Hydra twice) so they had to send their best six each time.
If it was against a smaller gang they could have sent different people like they did against Cypress a few times.
The problem with how NP is these days is that if you want to RP as a top gang and get access to things like guns or fentanyl you literally have to send your strongest people, not doing so is pretty much asking to lose 6 guns. Ste is the biggest example of this not working, he constantly tries to be inclusive and send people who aren't as regularly involved in things when he knows full well that every other gang is sending their strongest people and every time he does that Manor get rolled... all because it's "content" but there's got to be a line between content and stuff just not making logical sense in RP... why would a strong gang not send their best available people whenever possible?
wars will always be competitive, theres no reason why gangs wouldnt send out their best ppl and if u want to compete u gotta do the same
Or gangs could actually put some thought into rp and come up with creative scenarios for conflict, but let’s be real, there aren’t a lot of good rpers on np so they’d rather go the lazy predictable route.

@@ronniepickerin8222Mdm were doing just fine trying to use skill base strategy and even won some wars vs rust bsk at the same time I think but the guy who was 2nd in command at the time got exposed for being a plonker and the downfall began. It's all about who is leading at the top during wars.

It might be competitive skill base for some gangs but for others it's not
