The magnet is in my mind at least, prob for a drone to fly up and to set it in place somewhere you normally could not throw it.
When you're in your tree stand and drop an arrow or anything else for that matter, it comes in mighty handy. Saves the hassle of having to climb down to retrieve it and then climb back up again. The magnet is great for hunting meteorites in the desert when you attach it to the end of a stick.
Maybe next time you review a grappling hook, go out to a tree and grapple with it. Didn't click this video to find out how it looks coming out of the box. :-*

actually depending on where you camp this has a multitude of uses.you might do well to learn em in case you need to.if you needed to hoist up a bear bag to keep food safe this might come in handy.

I bought one on amazon and used it to tear down a dead tree branch ... i tossed it on the branch hooked it to a atv.. and vroom vroom tore the branch down easy as pie also borrowed to a pal who used it to hand a deer he hunted ... thing works wonderfully

This is a fake product by the way. The real one is from another youtuber (mrballeng / first class amateur) that sells them on his website. He's an American inventor.

That is not what the magnet is for; the magnet is for when you are using it as the first setup with the two blades and has nothing to do with the four-hook setup. The magnet is to hang off the end of the hook for your keys to stick to it or something of that nature. Great video! New sub.

Stainless steel has a very weak magnetic attraction.
Anybody actually do any climbing? I recently started and I'm looking for some gear. Not as extreme as belaying, but no walk in the park either.
