    Can you make more videos like this with a walking tour inside the available units so we can see what the space looks like even if in the middle of a remodel. Also please talk about the price range, how the buying process is with these units and square feet or total living space.

    Would be nice to see the country decentralise away from Manila. Speaking to all the real estate developers out there :). Spread wealth and focus across the country! North Mindanao is doing well too their cities are clean, modern and orderly and not often discussed! In many ways they are ahead of Manila

      Yup, we're doing our best to network more and learn about the latest projects. Thanks for the insights into Northern Mindanao. We haven't explored that area yet but hopefully we can in the future. We've barely scratched the surface into all the amazing places this country has to offer

    we should'nt compare PRICE of CONDO of different areas. because it depends of the TYPE CLASS, LOCATION, DENSITY,etc. for example DMCI condo are CLASS D condo, if we compare it to a CLASS B which is HIGH END LUXURY or A condo which is ULTRA LUXURY, its like eating in a carinderia VS eating in a 5 star Luxury hotel of the same food made by a top pro. Chef , yes IT MATTERS on the TYPE CLASS. 2nd LOCATION, The most expensive areas are BUSINESS DISTRICT, 2nd TOWNSHIP and last RESIDENCES, some areas has CONDO near beach. 3rd DENSITY, it is more EXPENSIVE if the floor is LOW DENSITY, It is NOT PRICE per SQM, but more expensive, like SMDC and AVIDA of Ayala Land its is EXTREMELY HIGH DENSITY were some condo has 50 units in 1 flr,,VS low density were 12 units below, the more low density the higher the PRICE value, NOT per sqm, because of MORE SAFETY, MORE PRIVACY,etc. 4th, CLASS B and A condo has bigger cuts, sample class D condo 1 BR are 28-33+ sqm, class C condo is 38-45+ sqm, class B condo is 50-60 sqm class A condo is 60 sqm up. 5th deliverables. Class B and A developer includes appliances of European brand, Japanese brand, etc.YES it not free but includes in the sale price,

    Hey BGC Dreams, I really enjoyed your review on Acacia Estates and found it insightful. However, I have some concerns I was hoping you could address. For starters, what's the real situation with traffic there, especially during peak hours? I've also heard that certain areas are prone to flooding. Is that true? I've noticed that Rosewood looks a bit old and that some of its amenities like the bridge appear to be deteriorating. How well-maintained are the facilities overall her and in other developments?
    I've heard people describe Acacia Estates as a 'poor man's Serendra.' Would you agree? Additionally, how convenient is it to get to key locations like BGC and Makati during rush hour?
    Lastly, given the choice between a 1BR unit in BGC and a more spacious 2-3BR unit in Acacia Estates, what would you recommend and why?

      The condo is located in Taguig, so just outside BGC, but very close by. In regards to rent, I think it's around 25-30k PHP per month. It would depend on the furnishings and if any upgrades/renovations were done. Hope that helps 😊

    5th MATTER of SUPPLY & DEMAND, the more demand and few supply the more expensive the condo on a place will become, just like condo in BGC if FEW people buy condo in BGC it will NOT be that expensive, PRICE of condo in C5 area like bridgetowne, Parklinks are SOLD EXPENSIVE already, it didnt start at a LOW PRICE, its MIX USED area, not BUSINESS DISTRICT, why? Because of type of condo are Class B & A, Yes there is CLASS D condo there, but the area is semi HIGH CLASS, that also ADDS on the price, just like putting a class A condo in a SLUM area,
