I have a same exact stove and that valve that you were talking about is how did you adjust it please all though the valve on my stove it's in the same position as what I seen in your video, I'm just hanging hard time turning the valve up or down and also i don't this inf on the manual ether thanks
@@florimbaj yeah the manual was not very clear in details. It just says do this and do this and do that. What I had to do was turn the valve all the way off and then push down and turn it all the way on it kind of sticks just before it turns all the way on
@@sherrymiller8167 Hi Sherry , so what is happening is the lever catches and doesn’t completely go in the open position. So what I did was turn it back off and then push down and turn it on all the way. The gas valve kind of sticks just before it goes into the full open position. That’s why the light but it won’t turn up to full volume or full heat. The valve is not all the way open then it slows down the volume of gas going through the valve. I hope this helps. From what I learned that this is a common issue with this model gas valve.
The door brackets have to be in a open latched position, it took me quite a while to figure it out. Then the second time around I had to figure it out again because I forgot.
Good luck, there’s not much in the mechanical department on these stoves. Pay close attention to the change over from Gas to Propane if that’s one of the things you are doing and just make sure the valve on the unit is open all the way. It was vary frustrating but when I sat back and looked at how simple the system was and thought to myself “ I must be overthinking things. Post back when you find the issue, God Bless
Hello , my electric stove oven will not work when it is cold , the eyes will work but when i set the oven temp then the lights cut off so I can't set oven temp , it works with no problems all summer but as soon as it gets cold outside is when it gives me trouble , when it heats up outside then the lights will come back on then it works .. HELP
Thanks for your video, I had the same problem intermittent. I was wondering why you took the door off? I was able to reach underneath after I pulled the warming tray out.
@@sherrymiller8167 if you pull the bottom drawer out all the way and lay down on the floor, you can see the valve in the back. They don’t make it very easy to work on and the valve is kind of stiff.
Not because, so I didn’t bother. I do the videos so it might help not to make your life miserable, I just showed you how my range was fixed , I am not a Samsung repair man just someone sharing my experience on how I fixed mine.
Wish you were close to Tyler, TX. Beautiful work Pastor Bill
God bless you also
Thank you
I believe your dog's hair got there when he was chasing that pooping mouse around and around under the stove.

So you put it in the opposition did you have to put it in back in the down position?

Can you PLEEEASE explain how you got the door back on?? I took mind off yesterday and have spent hours trying to get it back on with no luck.

Did this end up fixing the issue ?
I have the same stove and I have the same issue. So I want to know if it turned out to be something else.
It turns out that the gas valve had a sticky spot and I thought it was in the open position
I have the same stove and somehow it got stuck in Demo Mode. Please help if you can!!!!

What did you use to turn it I've tried it don't move
Try pushing in on it then turning it
Mine lights it just won’t go up
@@sherrymiller8167 that’s exactly what mine was doing. The valve is just not open all the way.
What is the part number for the ignitor ?
The sensor i meant
Mine was not a sensor issue, it was a sticky spot in the gas valve that stopped the valve from opening all the way
@P Kohler I didn’t fix it I just turned it on and off and noticed it would turn further past the sticky spot

Because I was checking the sensors and burners
What valve

So because you check your ranges and settings and they are ok you dont bother to tell us how to check ours

I reviewed the video and I did not need to check all the sensors because I found the problem with my stove “gas valve was not fully opened “.
