Yesterday I made the biggest mistake of my life in this game. I decided to do Gluttony with a public team. 3 hours later and over 50 failed attempts I still did not beat it.
hey, what char and is your descendant maxed as in catalyst? you can kinda carry this solo with damage if you have a team that resurrects you and shoots the balls into the boss. I do recommend making a team in world chat so much easier if youre char is not maxed out yet. Managed to do it just now in 3 attempts with matchmaking, my team wasnt doing any damage but they shot the balls and grappled and resurrect me. so all I had to do was shoot the boss and hide if he shot me.
@@Neru619 dont be angry if i say , one of many reasons that's because ur descendant.. idk about ur bunny, but i will say rocket gley is always terrible in "non-solo boss", it's annoying when u block other people sight to aim weakpoint and your non-weakpoint explosive shots make bosses frenzied damn fast!! (nightmare frostwalker before the nerf, see rocket gley i quit), and lepic, if u're nuke build ultimate skill style like 99% of people use.. so Gluttony has "skill crit resistance" and u can't inflict crit on him with skills (ppl say with dispel u can remove his buff but i still dun think it's good idea, glass cannon lepic still easily to be downed when the boss just sneezes) 😮💨
this boss fight is very similar to the fight i have with my wife every night. i refer to her as "the house boss", I try with all my skills, mana etc., to get her to suck up and or juggle my balls. however, i cannot overcome her mighty defenses. She also has a very small head, hit box and she seems to have a 100% resistance to my massive dps load. ive tried all my builds, not sure what else to try, any suggestions?
seems way too complicated for most public groups and that is a problem. If you have a dedicated team who know what needs to be done then its fun but if not then its just pure frustration
What this game is missing is a clan system so we can group with clanmates to do these hard mode intercepts. Doing Hard mode colossi with randoms can be detrimental to one's sanity at times.
If you're running an ammo stick, you might as well put the max ammo increases (both mods) on and get 800 general rounds, use it to pick up general ammo too to get the increased max ammo.
This boss is horrible, it either needs a nerf and or a way to solo if it is going to be a requirement for progress. hell i would take an easy version with no drops and no amorph stabilizer just so i could get this done and NEVER EVER touch this POS boss again, whoever designed this boss needs to be locked in a padded cell for life.
Looking for 2 teammates because no matter how good you are 2 randoms who don't even know mechanics will destroy everything. I can go gley or valby, also have yujin and haley maxed. My friend can go valby. Endurance legacy, greg, executor, python, piercing light, thunder cage all maxed out.
I hate when a thumbnail says " made easy " it ain't made easy when you don't have a lot of friends that play this game and then you come across randoms that don't know what to do.

Enzo not main dps idk about that lol. I carry the group i run with damage wise. Atleast 60 mil if he is on me the whole time and got as high as 90mil on one run. The enduring legacy with his crit buff is absolutely bonkers. Each bullet hitting for like 150k and it has an insane rpm for a machine gun.
trust me bro, in this game when u hp and def high enough u dont need resist, and in this boss, u still dead easily with high hp def res, I always prefer def mod over resistance 🙃

Seems pretty easy though. Maybe not with randoms who haven't done it before, but eventually everyone will have done it at least once, some just sooner than others. Although I will say that too many mechanics might not work well in a looter shooter compared to an mmorpg.
frost walker is shit design, gluttony is well designed, but most random pubs are either filled with stupid players that dont bother to understand mechanics and/or dont try to coordinate
I just built my ult valby for the fight. Probably 1/4-5 or so is a clear with pubs. Probably like 3/4 premade runs. If you can prevent the wipe then you just have to have a team that can survive and do some kind of damage.

Well I watched 5 other RUclipsr's videos and spent 11 hours on this boss so I'll see if this does anything since its pretty much the same as others (the Devoltion was something I havent seen on other videos and the converting ammo mod tip).
I think he mentioned it because the mod gives a larger increase … a maxed out elemental mod gives a 30% elemental damage boost additional to the firearm damage, I am unsure as to how high a weapon’s innate roll goes in percentages… but the ideal set would be to add a fire elemental boost and an electric innate roll, this would give you 3 damage instances per shot, which means a lot more DPS because of elemental weakness (Doing the math, a 10k dmg weapon would get +3k from the mod and a ~+2k theoretical from the innate roll, and the additional rolls get multiplied by elemental weakness, boosting dmg per shot) I apologize for the wall of text
Soo... A perfect storm is needed to defeat gluttony. Ok. Sounds like an uber bad DPS check mechanic that requires Jesus himself to bless you, not only that you need the (chef's kiss) perfect storm of uber equipped specific descendants to have a small chance to win. Or hit it with the power of god, and 2 shot him. In a game with uber high RNG. That complicated mechanics alone will lose almost everyone. You have a better chance to get hit by lightning than have the dream team from heaven. This has to be the worst mechanic in gaming. There are way too many wrong answers in a PvE game for a boss fight. The community has to combat stupidity. A player can't defeat that.
There's a world chat for making group idk how stupid people are not doing that but yeah boss being hard is a good filter for those stupid players who can't mod their descendants properly

Your build doesn’t mean shit in this fight either. 50k hp or 10k hp, you’re still dying in. 1-4 hits. It’s resistant to skill damage so your funny Lepic cheese isn’t going to work here either. It’s a gimmick boss, and a badly designed one, so bad in fact they shilled the new ultimate with a mod, SPECIFICALLY designed to make this fight easier. It’s not a skill check, it’s an intentional frustration and sanity check to pressure people into spending for an easier fight Aka: cheap and artificial.
@@btr1011 maybe it's the way I typed it. I just like taking things slowly. I have bunny awakened skin 150k kills unlocked. And put many catalysts and activators on descendants and weapons I like. I don't like being carried. So when I'm ready to reck bosses I will.
Always is nice to see your utopic videos, but in the last 2 years, your content went from awesome builds and advices to be a game "showcase", a lot of big numbers but terrible inefficient time-benefit builds and always focused on "laboratory" type playstyle, because if anyone that try out your builds don't have the exact team composition of high invested accounts, no one will be even close to make the same damage....
No matter how good i play how good my dps are or that im playing valby how good my builds are, randoms aleays always gona enter to throw the game with bunnys, lepicsz Ajax 😂😂😂😂 or even level 1 gleys 😂😂😂 they need to let us solo this bosses and get rid of the forced coop
Nah people shouldn’t be forced to use certain characters for certain fights. Like if my gun does enough DPS and I have enough health it shouldn’t be an issue.

@@egis4500 I have 3 maxed out ultimate descendants. High Voltage Bunny, Boss Melter Lepic and Rocket Gley. Thundercage and Greg's are also maxed out.

Haha as a woman I recommend stealth mode. It makes us weak

Dont stack DEF. Stack HP thennn DEF. Unless your descendant is DEF dependent.

FYI if anyone playing enzo in pugs, sometime it's better off you go dps and not support build. Unless you are in a premade than support could be good

Very crappy mechanics when the only way to kill this boss is to play valby/lepic/gley or else everybody just leaves in the beginning
Lepic is actually pretty bad for this boss as it has high immunity to skill damage, same with Gley’s Massacre ability.

if your using will power as a ammo dummy why not put extra capacity on too, so you can convert ammo and store over 600 rounds?

Why do we want the element on the module instead of rolled on the gun instead? I have the Fire Attack added to my Greg's 1 of 4 rolls. Is that wrong?
