David Coverdale is blues rock royalty. I wish he would be knighted. He deserves it. And let’s not forget to mention Tommy Aldridge. The man is in his 70s and hits the drums harder than guys half his age. He’s one of those rock warriors that have been there, done that, and lived to tell the story.
This is arguably their best track, with Still of the Night and Slow & Easy up there too. Fuckin' Awesome, their concert a few years ago in Charlotte was absolutely killer! One of the best I can remember

I LOVE THIS!! I just found this video and hearing this song performed is just EPIC!! I wish they were able to do their farewell tour when they were done in the U.K. leg of it but it wasn't to be. I saw them once long ago and at least I can say I did. David is just sexy, I could listen to him just talk! I bet he is enjoying his time now with family, who knows, maybe just maybe he may want to go back on tour, wishful thinking!

That's why Whitesnake is still happening, Doug and Reb have now been playing together since 2001, and that's why there so tight. Their last 2 CD's-Good to be Bad-and Forevermore are instant classics. Saw them last in 2010 at the M3 Festival, long way for me to go, but well worth it! Cheers

I know everyone can poo poo this because Vai isn't playing, however, this is the BEST version of this live on the internet.... Beach and Aldrich kill this. And Coverdales voice is clearer and just sounds better than the OG Live 1989 version. Yes recording quality doesn't compare, it's just far more than that.

I saw them when they were on tour in America and let me tell you it was the best concert I have ever seen and it's the truth it was so good that I got lost in watching them
