I know G3.5 came before G4 but G3.5 Scootaloo still feels like some kind of cheap toy Hasbro selled of Scootaloo with the usual "Doesn't look like the show character at all" design. Which they then decided to animate. Scootaloo is my favorite character of G4 and seeing G3.5 Scootaloo both makes me happy and mad. It makes me mad that the demon we know as G3.5 Scootaloo is actually named: "Scootaloo". But it makes me happy that they didn't decide to keep her personality into G4. And I agree so much with you. Scootaloo G3.5 is Scootaloo's version of Pinkamena xD I think its even scarier than Pinkie was in "Party of one".. I think the level of technology in G4 is supposed to be reminiscent of the 80s. For example, Pinkie pie does have a fridge (or else how would she do any baking?) and most other ponies have electricity in their house. Yet the only thing missing is telephones. But since earth ponies can’t hold phones then sending letters is just more convenient.

Runaway with Rainbow is an actual movie XD So its no wonder they didn't know what it was about, I used to watch that movie all the time because my mom was a g1 fan and we watched all the generations but the last one we never saw cause mom banned us from watching it. Back to the point tho it explains everything if they watched the full movie but I think they only watched maybe the first 15 minutes of it so that's why it didn't make any sense lol.
It's so weird to see all these bronies refer to all the past generations as "horrors". I'm 18 and I grew up on MLP, and watched almost every episode from every generation (except that baby stage...ugh) I loved the one where they finally met the pegasai, with rainbow wishes... I will say this, I grew up watching MLP when I was young. Watching this brings back childhood memories. However, the generation 3.5 is something I didn't watch and they will haunt my dreams for eternity.

I think the level of technology in G4 is supposed to be reminiscent of the 80s. For example, Pinkie pie does have a fridge (or else how would she do any baking?) and most other ponies have electricity in their house. Yet the only thing missing is telephones. But since earth ponies can’t hold phones then sending letters is just more convenient.

Runaway with Rainbow is an actual movie XD So its no wonder they didn't know what it was about, I used to watch that movie all the time because my mom was a g1 fan and we watched all the generations but the last one we never saw cause mom banned us from watching it. Back to the point tho it explains everything if they watched the full movie but I think they only watched maybe the first 15 minutes of it so that's why it didn't make any sense lol.

I will say this, I grew up watching MLP when I was young. Watching this brings back childhood memories. However, the generation 3.5 is something I didn't watch and they will haunt my dreams for eternity.
