check your inventory for a baldachin's blessing, it nerfs you by 5% hp and the consumable buff isnt very good, you get it whenever talking to fia, consume the item whenever you see the "minus hp" debuff on your screen, so you can remove the debuff
also id recommend you set your gui to always on in settings cause its just better
