Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refresh your basics, this session is perfect for grounding ourselves and preparing for more.

    - A focus on mindful breathing
    Tips for Today:
    1. Create Your Space - Find a quiet spot where you can practice without distractions. Light a candle or play soft music if it helps you relax.
    2. Stay Present - Focus on your breath and try to stay present in the moment. Let go of any worries or distractions.
    3. Reflect - Take a few moments after the session to reflect on how you feel. You might want to jot down your thoughts in a journal.
