Did you even watch his documentary (Silenced) where he goes and interviews people involved with the situation he was taken to court for? It seems (if true, and which i have no idea on either way) that what he had claimed had taken place, and what both the media and the government appeared to jump on to use for their own political purposes was not as what was reported and what he has now been convicted for - Please watch the 'Silenced' documentary and comment on that, and in the context of what has happened to him, legally please - as it seems to make the law, media and government look very bad... so i think your opinion on that would be very interesting - i have no knowledge of this situation other than what i saw in the Tommys 'Silenced' documentary and in the news so i am not alleging anything as i have no knowledge of the situation either way... but it really does seem dodgy and that the courts can be used as a political weapon... I do not blindly support Tommy or agree with his views or what he says but I am concerned about the impartiality of the courts and media which is why I am asking you this... For example Tommys documentary claims that teachers and/or those involved with both pupils has to sign NDA's where they could not discuss (and maybe not give evidence in court?) in order to receive a payment...

@@Kev42501 He didn't as much go through the evidence as the judges skewed opinion of it. Much of the defendants evidence was dismissed out of hand as not credible.
It is rare for eye witnesses to directly line up, especially over historic cases, normally some leeway is given. Here zero leeway is given, where two people see the same event but not in exactly the same way both were dismissed. This is an unusually harsh standard.
It raises question whether the judge wanted to throw out evidence.
Also the judge claims there was zero evidence of misbehaviour. In Silenced we see multiple documentary entries directly related to violent behaviour, including weapon carrying.
The judge ignored this entirely in his ruling. Why?

Here's an example of the judiciary and the power of the establishment. Bit of a long one but a true story. My dad was a policeman in the Birmingham / West Midlands force. Retired in 84. In the mid 60's he was on nights patrolling in the city centre. He saw a high-end car pull up at one of only a few sets of traffic lights. The car stalled more than three times when the lights went to green. My dad tapped the drivers side window. The occupant (who was on his own) opened the window and the smell of alcohol was more than evident. My dad started to write down the details but was challenged by the driver with 'do you know who you're dealing with?'. My dad had a favourite expression, which he often used and said 'i don't care if you're the queen of sheba' The guy gave his name and added Q.C. to his name. A few days later my dads Chief inspector called him in and ripped up the paperwork and told him this wouldn't be going any further. I know the name of the Q.C. and why they were in Birmingham from out of town. Do we honestly think this sort of thing no longer happens?

Why did the media pick up on this story that went worldwide, for basically a playground incident, although if someone threatened to r.pe.my younger sisters I would have done the same, why did piers Morgan and Jeremy vine name bailey and give his name out to the world, what support did anyone give to him, if anyone doesn't know Tommy took him in and looked after him.Why is Tommy in belmarsh prison? ,probably in solitary confinement for his own safety, Stay safe Tommy

I had the director on the phone, I told her I was within my right to go report to the police on grounds of racial and religious threat, also told her I was also going to sort it out face to face with the culprits. However, I was not allowed to write this myself but only to tell a police officer what had happened and then have him write down my account. After the policeman kept re-interpreting what I told him I just gave up and let the policeman write what he wanted. It was not what happened, but I just gave up trying to get him to write down what I actually said. I can well imagine that if this had ever come to court, under cross examination my evidence would not have matched the submitted written statement.

If the boy in question was a bully, it would be possible that he could intimidate witnesses, that's not unknown. If Tommy Robinson had engaged a good barrister to represent him, that person could have challenged the judge deciding to not accept some evidence.

As a journalist, Lennon interviewed teachers and pupils who gave statements to him, teachers who had been paid substantial bribes by the local authority and signed NDAs according to their statements. The Judge denied these being allowed as evidence in Court. To be clear, the Judge denied the presentation of meaningful evidence.
You know full well the lives of those speaking out against Muslims are at risk, just as is the case of the Batley Grammar teaching still in hiding, and just as is Bailey McLaren and his family is in hiding now. Understandably the teachers and pupils did not want to appear in Court and give themselves a potential death sentence and the fact that the Judge and Court were not prepared to take this into account made the result of case a foregone conclusion.
If you addressed what Lennon has said about this and his documentary Silenced you wouldn't be wasting your breath - but of course you can't because the stitch-up doesn't allow you to.
The Establishment made Lennon Public Enemy No 1 20 years ago and there is zero chance of it rowing back on that now, hence he's in BELMARSH - BELMARSH FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE - JIHADI CENTRAL! And for an offence no-one gets jailtime for.
With all due respect, we all know we are suffering an Injustice System and explaining how it is manipulated is not worth your time.
Meantime I'm praying Lennon survives now and when the trumped up Terrorism charge gives him more jail time, as it will, and I pray for poor Lucy Letby who is incarcerated for life as a result of nothing but unsafe judgments.
Following the letter of the Law produces very bad results without overarching common sense and Denning's sense of Equity.
Solomon asked God for wisdom - ALL Judges would be wise to pray for the same instead of power and riches and self aggrandisement. But be sure we will all be judged as we judge others.

Having been a pupil, and now a mother to a child who has gone through the school system, I can verify that schools do not always document incidents such as sending a child to see the headteacher, when they have acted contrary to acceptable behaviour, nor is it always documented when a child is made to sit out of class. I've known many instances where instances of bullying have not been documented. So the 'evidence' presented in court, ie school documentation, I would have taken with a pinch of salt. Children's accounts of an event will often alter, that's a fact, especially when there are multiple instances and they are recalling details spanning them all.

He has several school staff including lunch supervisors who said they couldn’t formally speak to him but every single one of them said that this was purely political and the pupil in question was bad news…well, just a horrible human.
They have report after report of him hitting girls, bringing a knife to school etc.

in my experience as a teacher, some schools with serious problems of violence do not record acts of violence as a matter of policy. The reason is that the school can only be sued for negligence, if it can be proved that the student accused of violence had been violent on a previous occasion. That is very difficult for a teacher to do, if there are no records of previous violence by the student in the records available to the teacher. It is even harder for someone outside the school, such as a parent of a victim of violence. It is not enough to show that the school has been routinely negligent in its reaction to violent incidents involving other students. You have to prove that the particular student had been violent.
Being present at a PE lesson does not mean that a student took part in the physical activity. Most schools expect PE teachers to record who is present and not who is active. Ill or injured students will typically sit the lesson out.
It looks like Robinson was either poorly served by his lawyers or chose not to involve lawyers before rushing out his videos.

This school had a 3 strike system, yet he was NEVER expelled or excluded. Finally it took several parents, including myself, to approach the school board ourselves and demand that something be done. After several weeks of back and forth it was discovered that even though this child had behaved so badly, countless times, barely any of it had been recorded, so the school wouldn't look like it had just stood by and done nothing while this child ran riot through the school. However, after several parents threatened to remove their kids from the school and send them elsewhere, they relented and the kid was excluded.

More to the point, after all the expense of the NDAs and redundancy payments when it was closed, why was it then reopened under a different name? You can see the new name on street view. Ive seen £470,000 quoted for the cost of the closure, then to reopen there was all the advertising jobs and interviewing people for all the staff so the total probably runs over half a million, and all because of a school boy fight? This is really useful, thanks! With my own kids going through primary and now secondary, I'm surprised anyone can make any statement about anything that happens in a school. Almost any young child will give inconsistent accounts of something that happened if you repeatedly ask them. Even adults need the assistance of solicitors to get their story straight. One slip and you become an unreliable witness. This is also why you have skilled psychologists interviewing children in abuse cases. You wouldn't in that situation ask something twice and then immediately dismiss the victim if something didn't line up. Also, school records are appalling. I've had three conflicting stories about what happened to my child, two verbally, then something completely different on the pink slip. Also, most people will avoid complaining about anything to a school until things get really bad. The children will insist you don't because they're scared of repercussions. Some children don't want teachers cross-examining them about incidents because they know full well the teachers will do it in a public place. At my child's school they particularly bad about this. Some haul kids out of classes for a chat. This creates a climate of fear for the child, and I've had mine beg me not to raise things with the school.

To understand the Jamal vs Tommy case everyone should really watch his Documentary. The deceit and lies from various parties is quite astonishing. Did he get a fair trial? Personally I don’t think so. That is why I appreciated the Documentary SILENCED. It explained so much with what is going on in this country for Decades. But what do I, or other ORDINARY people know? I am grateful for your calm explanations on so many Legal explanations. Sometimes I am of the Humble Opinion that YOU are too decent to belong to the Judiciary. This has been my opinion for Decades. From the time our present Leader was the head of the CPS. Justifiably so IMHO.

This video proves the case of needing medical records and reporting complaints to get documentary evidence. Here's HOW: My children went to a school where bullying, over several months, including a final incident of sexual assault occurred AGED 5, was not dealt with properly. Every time there was an incident I took my children to the GP to be examined and questioned, including the sexual assault. Since the GP questioned my children, it went on record and I the parent was protected, and the bruises and grazes and treatment were recorded. We went through the informal (talking to the teacher) then formal complaints procedure with the school (writing a letter quoting the school's own playground policy and how it's not being followed, and insisting on using email to communicate), with no improvement in dealing with the bullying, despite two meetings with the head teacher and school nurse. After the sexual assault we withdrew our children from the school and sent a withdrawal letter explaining failure to observe, record and report playground incidents by the school and copied it to the LEA, (and eventually my children attended a better school where bullying was dealt with properly and so did not escalate). The head teacher reported us, the parents, to children's services because the head teacher did not believe us and concluded that any evidence of bruising etc must have occurred at home. She also recommended one of my children, aged 5, be detained in a residential mental institution for 'making up stories to get my attention'. Children's' services then phoned me and asked permission to access my children's medical records, I happily complied, and also sent them various email chains and letters, with my responses to the unsatisfactory replies, of me raising concerns with the schools' playground policy not being enforced. After reading the DOCTOR'S RECORDS, the result was a full OFSTED inspection of the school, a parent survey by OFSTED specific to bullying, where lack of playground observation and reporting and notifying parents of incidents resulted in a warning against the head teacher. 3 weeks later children's services phoned to say they were satisfied that we were not bad parents and happy that the children were now settling in well at a new school and informed me that they had given the head teacher 'a warning shot across the bow'. They explained that mine was the only serious case, would be kept on record, and that if there were further incidents then further action would be taken. 3 years later the old school head teacher was sacked by a vote of no confidence (not before her accusing all her governors of incompetence and failing to prove her case). So my advice is document everything and get the school staff to communicate by email so you have a record and get medical examination and questioning of anything medical. And keep copies that you are entitled to under the freedom of information act. Judges and children's' services just love the paperwork as it's stronger evidence than very young children (and incompetent or biased staff) trying to remember incidents after an event. So sad that this is the state of many UK schools. My other advice is that if the school does not deal with the incidents, despite you talking informally then writing formally to them, get your children out and take them to a school that treats kids better as a complaints procedure involving the governors can take years and that's too long in a child's life as they only get an education once. There are good schools too, you might just have to home school while you are on the waiting list. The more parents stand up to bullying and act like I've describes, the sooner schools will improve and bullying no longer tolerated.

@@seancidy6008 The head teacher's response was to blame everyone else but themselves. They blamed the children, the parents and the governors. But the head teacher was the one in charge of the school. It was WRITTEN EVIDENCE that proved the truth, not verbal accounts some time after the event. So the trick is to collate written evidence in case you end up needing it. And to get OTHER PROFESSIONALS like the school nurse and family doctor on your side, adds credibility to those accounts.

@@ExmoorPonyTough getting a school nurse on your side. My experience and from what I have heard is people in subordinate positions won't go feel obliged to tell the truth if it means going against their boss in any kind of hierarchy. The thing would not be injuries but that you had reported them, which would be unlikely in the case of someone who had inflicted them. But your kid has to say what is happening, they often don't. And bullying can be subtle. But I am glad you brought these characters to book.

    • @ExmoorPony
      @ExmoorPony Месяц назад

@@seancidy6008 The school nurse is not subordinate to the head teacher, they are not a direct employee of the school but an employee of the NHS. I had a meeting with the head teacher. I was kept waiting for twenty minutes. It turned out that the head teacher had called the nurse in and tried to dictate to the nurse what she could and could not say. When our meeting commenced, the head teacher started by speaking for the nurse and not let the nurse speak. I waited for the head teacher to finish. then I ignored the head teacher, turned to the nurse and asked what was her MEDICAL opinion and that I wanted that opinion written down and signed by her. The nurse immediately said the opposite of what the head teacher said. The nurse's medical opinion trumps the head teacher who's role is education, not medical. If you can get the nurse on your side in a school, the head teacher is not QUALIFIED to contradict the nurse in a professional capacity. It's a different skill and training. Our nurse was brilliant in getting to MEDICAL FACTS vs head teacher's 'opinions'. You can also request to see a school nurse, or GP surgery nurse, without any school staff present as medical information is PRIVATE and the head teacher does not have PERMISSION to your child's MEDICAL RECORDS without the parent's consent. So that's why the head teacher underestimated me, we sought help from medical staff who are HER superior in cases of physical assault like bullying.

I read it through carefully. Thank God. A highly significant aspect had been subtly changed from what I had said, which turned a random accident into an incident caused by me. The change in wording could only have been intentional. I challenged the officer, who laughed off his sleight of hand. I struck out the lie, inserted the truth.
