In Todays video I have shared information on how to decline offer from any company if you are dealing with multiple offers, I have discussed few email formats like how to decline offer which already accepted and how to decline which is not yet accepted but offer is released and last how to decline the offer because of good package all these scenarios I have discussed and also shared the email formats like how to format the email for these scenarios or situation, I have shared everything in detail so please watch the full video from start to end to understand everything in detail.

I have cleared All the interview rounds but the CTC they are giving is less then that of my Current CTC.
And the HR says it's fixed CTC OF 2Lakhs.. why soo less i don't understand🙄

Hi mam.. i got a rejection mail during document verification in Accenture that my clg name was not matching as per marksheet.. soo while i am trying to change that field, i am not able to do that because it was auto generated.. actually i got documents upload mail on jan 13.. its almost been aa month for me..... i have raised some queries bt I didn't get any response from them...and again i have submitted my documents.. bt still my documents are in submitted stage from past 20 days...what should i do mam???? Actually, clg mismatch isn't a problem, after joining we will change that, , colege name not matching with markslist,but we can upload by secting I AGREE, my clg name also mismatched,but that's not a problem, your markslists verified in BGV
You will recieve offer letter, after approval of documents it takes 10 to 15 days.
If you are finding issues and can't proceed further reach out to your talent coach they will help you out

Yes you want to discuss but if you do this way like if you get another Offer then it you negotiate that will work hopefully

Hii mam,I am 2022 batch passout,my Infosys interview was done in 9 th feb,it's more than 10 days but why there is no upadte, we all 2022 students are getting no upadte from Infosys, how much time we have to wait mam. Does they give ol after we passout.
They will provide update via mail within 15 to 20 days but if they are not providing do reach out to them and get the confirmation
I also call them mam they said of your status is under process or rivew in progress then we have to wait for 2 to 3 month for getting ol

Hey, My joining date in Accenture is 24th Feb. I have completed all actions on 6th feb in action item page but still they are in review. Can you please tell me how many days before the joining date actions are approved?
Because only 1 week is remaining for joining and still my actions are in review stage.
That is not fixed for all sometimes it takes long

Hi, I got offer from Accenture and My Joining is in April and my LWD in current company is in March 3rd. There would be a 1 month gap before joining Accenture. Should I ask Accenture for a prepone Joining date(I have asked once but no reply from Accenture)? Or How should I deal with this 1 month employment gap?
It's ok if you want to have a gap of one month there won't be any issue but if you don't want to have then send them mail they will help you out it may take some time
@@CareerChrome I have exact 2 years gap after Graduation to my first employment.. and if i take this 1 month gap, there will be total 25 months of gap in my career, Will I be eligible for TCS in future? As I have heard that TCS does not allow more than 2 years gap in Career.

Is it ok if we ask for revised offer(other than the initial offer letter) second time. Will it create any negative impression or will it effect my candidature?..Because I was not satisfied with present revised offer but still had to click on 'Accept offer' due to insufficient time..
If you have counter offer only then you can ask them for negotiation otherwise no use
@@CareerChrome yes mam. I was having one counter offer and using that I got the revised offer letter at XYZ company where I wanted to join. Now I m having another counter offer now so is that fine to ask for revised offer again at XYZ.

I have given the interview in accenture and i said officially my notice period is 90 days but i can make it upto 60 days so based on that they are ready to give offer letter but suppose joining date given as after 2 months so can we can extend one more month since my current company will not release me early.please provide your feedback on this...
