    Head Graphene 360+ Speed Pro Tennis racquet review
    Weight (unstrung) : 310 g
    Balance : 31,5 cm / 9 pts HL
    Swingweight : 329
    Head Size : 645 cm² / 100 in²
    String pattern : 18x20
    Beam Width : 23 mm
    Stiffness : 62
    Length : 68,5 cm
    The Head Graphene 360+ Speed Pro is a racquet that weights 310 grams unstrung.
    It provides an intermediate level of power.
    It combines an interesting mix of sensations because it combines a 100 in² frame and a 18x20 string pattern.
    The 100 frame gives power, forgiveness, nice access to spin.
    The 18x20 string pattern increase the control and decreases a bit the access to top spin.
    The access to top spin is finally very nice and will fit most players.
    Racquet for :
    - intermediate/advanced players
    - players who can swing a racquet that weights 310 g
    - players with a rather agressive game, able to produce an intermediate level of power
    - powerful players who use top spin to have control
    - players who want a correct access to top spin, not extreme
    - players looking for a good manoeuvrability, good comfort
    - players who like the Head Speed MP but who want more weight and more control
    - players who struggle a bit with a 98 frame and who want a control oriented 100 frame.

    Thanks to your review, I decided to get the Speed Pro. After 7 months, I can say it is everything you talked about. I am amazed that I now have a consistent backhand. In 30 years of playing recreationally, I have always felt nervous about the backhand. Not anymore. For my entire life, I could not imagine being able to hit backhands like you show in your video. Now I can and I am super excited! I think the weight and the 18x20 pattern helps. I use full bed of hyper G soft poly at 25kg mains/ 24kg crosses. I just have to make sure to use my left (non-hitting hand) to support and prepare the racquet prior to the backhand. After 1.5 to 2 hours of tennis, I do not feel tired in the arms. In fact, I add even more weight on the handle by using thicker grip.
    Your forehands are awesome and I have some work to do to get there. I have a semi-western to western forehand grip. That does not work very well on this racquet in my opinion. It's good, but my opponents have no problems returning my forehands. I am trying to change to Eastern forehands. I find that when I have good contact with an Eastern forehand swing, the ball becomes very dangerous for my opponents. I also own a Speed MP. Even though the stats say that it has more power than the Speed Pro, I find that with my swing style, the Speed Pro hits harder. I also find it harder to defend with the MP. I plan to add weights to the MP to make it closer to the Pro. Thanks again for your review and I hope you will be hitting the courts soon.

      How's speed pro going now, is it feel heavier than mp or are both easy to swing throw air

    • @charlesdang2557
      @charlesdang2557 2 года назад +1

      No issues with speed pro. Very happy with it. Speed MP is too fast through the air for me and I have a tendency to just use my arm alone because it is so easy to swing. Speed Pro requires me to incorporate my legs and body more. If I played more, I would tinker with adding more weight to the speed MP to closely match the Pro, if only so I can have an addl one. Maybe if I continued to use the MP more, I might get used to it and play well with it too.
      Having tried my friends' racquets, I have come to the conclusion that you can pretty much play with and enjoy most racquets designed for 4.0 level and above, provided they do not cause physical discomfort. A heavier racquet is good for defense, at least for me. So I will continue to use as heavy of a racquet as the results support its use. Happy hitting, my friend

    Jean Pierre, My question is about the new Auxetic 2022 Speeds.
    I'm a 3.8-4.0 senior singles player:
    One- handed backhand, moderate racquet head speed, good touch and slice, mostly flat, some
    TS..Some say I should go with the Pro because I hit flat. However, others say that the Pro is too advanced for my level, and I should go with the MP... Your insight/ recommendation would be greatly appreciated!

    • @team-tennisenglish1514
      @team-tennisenglish1514  Год назад

      Hey, without seeing you playing, hard to say. The Speed Pro is not too difficult but you need to be sure you can swing the racquet easely during the length of a whole match. For me the main problem is the weight. Then the power is intermediate. You should demo it, it would answer your questions.
