I get that one doesn't represent all or many - but with a pinch of common sense, we can safely assume that most won't have this problem.
That is, it seems incredibly sus that the account I'm referring to happened to find mites in their kinder surprise chocolates.

I bought chocolate from the dented can store and the chocolate had some shit crawling on the chocolate. My guess is the chocolate was old and bugs started eating it. So it’s Plausible .

Old chocolate wrapped in foil will get mites easily. Just leave it someplace for a long time and you can find little burrow holes places. Not saying that video isn't fake, I just lost some old chocolate due to poor storage.
Except that everything has an expiration date regardless of what it’s wrapped in, therefore making it a moot point. Throw out old/expired food

Meh mites numbers grow depending the presence of food.... if they lived in konder choco loving off it the colony would be pretty easy to notice once opened.. they would have long time to expand the colony in a fullfood evnvironment. The chocolates get stored for months before actually getting sold.

If the Kinder Surprise chocolate was produced here in Europe then I doubt whether it would have anything living on it. The laws governing this type of thing are very strict here and there should be no contamination. While the food standard laws in America are very lax.
