    I hve been using Airtel internet from the dial up connection till now..I am not getting any network connection or speed problems in my home area…. But there are r issues in my friends house which is in other area….may be the service provider in some areas are not working up to the mark….

    The issue is they provide less manpower due to that delay is happening, moreover before enquiring the pending queries assigned for the Site Engineer they provide false timeline.
    This issue occurs on all networks

    All internet providers are same , equally good and bad . Check for internet boxes near by or internet poles near by . Whichever brand is near take it . Because the chance of wire cutting is less , when it is near

    Bro same i too face disconnection nearly 15 days from July 11th to 24th july 2024. And today only issues resolved by them as you said i raised the sr request on 11th july itself so they provided waiver from my bill and changed my copper broadband to fiber connection. But copper line is also working fine. Yena spl na copper line connected through underground fiber cable and then end user side will be connected through copper line for the past 5 years and above super ah work ahchu ipa than thidilnu work ahagala but ipa my copper line was upgraded to fiber line and old copper line is also working. So planned to have one fiber line and one copper line. Yethavathu one cut ahchu na unoru line work ahgum la so only.
    Again my connection was disconnected on this July 27th and came on 28th. Never go for this airtel fiber broadband, if you are already having copper broadband and getting 40 MBPS Speed means never change that. Why becoz all the airtel pillar box are connected by underground fibre cable. So you will never get disconnected. But if you go for fiber connection I am the example for wrost connection got. Very wrost customer care service you can't able to speak with customer representative. To raise the complaint or to get waiver for disconnected dates

    Same issue in Hyderabad, even after 2 months they don't provide service and when I ask to close the connection they are asking to pay full amount for the two months without providing any service.

    Im using hathway same problem 13 complaints raised daily it will be closed on outage. After a 13 days of suffering on conference call i made them to disconnect it. Koduma adhoda mudiyala box ketu meratal email stating legal action for not returning the box. Truth is no body came collect it. Later based my email reply a person collected the box. After all such nonsense now i am received daily calls from Hathway to activate the same returned box kodumaaaaaa

    I also same facing same issue . I buy a ne connection at August 13 2024 . They activate the account on that day . After 2 days ( 16.08.2024) onwards no internet. So I raised complaint but till no repose from customer care.

    I agree with you 100% same issue I faced I paid 3300 Rs and told them very clear as I need internet but even after chasing multiple installation was happened, I have recharged my old connection Airfiber and requested for cancelation for cancelation also they took almost 4 days after chasing multiple times. Please don't go for Airtel and Jio Airfiber, better option Act fiber and Airfiber

    You are right. Dirty customer care. I also had very bad experience in Poonamallee & Iyyappanthangal Airtel Customer care. Now I have switched over to BSNL though signal strength is poor and they are taking initiate to solve the issue.

    @airtel india,.paid Rs 3300/- just because I recieved a call from customer care saying that they offer a combo pack i.e. broad band and dth, one week passed no response and still awaiting for dth. Fed up calling customer care and worst customer care number is 121. Please don't ever think of getting an airtel broadband.

    For cancellation fiber connection even in jio it's same if you go office there no one will do cancellation. You need to call customer care then you need to say cancel the fiber plan and they will ask reason. But they will initiate cancellation but with in between 1 to 10 days jio people will come take those boxes .

    It's not a big problem what you have undergone. I am a 23 years old customer for me they never responded. All the bills paid on time for the past 23 years, and I went through more mental agony than you. I returned the modem and got my deposit money back after a month from Newdelhi head office. Airtel speaks via email only. Escalate up to the ceo level, then only it's done.

First I have paid 3300 /= for three months.For connection I have waited for two days.After instalation installed person not told any demo about the airtel black plan.He told me that any doubt ask your reference.Any problem no body cared .No body came after connection.worst team and customer service

    Bro I am also Airtel user the speed is absolutely good only problem sometime any issue in Airtel broad band the customer care was very poor I also faced lot of trouble one time 10 days I didn't have internet during cyclone time no one should respond my complaint after I went to Airtel store they also telling today's evening you will get internet but still no again I went to Airtel store after 5 days the technician came and repair that problem so I request to do proper customer care and service also

    Bro my problem
    Recently I tried reactivating the dormant sim by visiting the nearby airtel store located at (19 A ground floor officers’ lane next to ICICI bank Krishna Nagar, Vellore). Where I have encountered the unpleasant customer service by agent “Santhosh” showed rude behavior towards the customers.
    Agent forcing the customers to convert to postpaid sim without briefing the information against customer will. This kind of behavior not at all acceptable in sales & service industries.
    Requesting the authorities to investigate this agent attitude towards the customers.

    What or who is TL ?
    I understand your frustration.
    Appreciate if you can slow / calm down so others can follow you.
    I have tried lot of broadband. I found Airtel to be decent if you are a "black" customer. They have separate customer care 121 is more responsive. Try it.
    It doesn't hurt.

    They Dont know how to communicate and irrelevant mail reverts from team end
    Issue raised on prior 10 days crossed still the issue persist. Team informed 15 days of resolution time myself thinking on technology updates made practical here # avastha
