New Batman and Robin movie McFarlane Action Figures with Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy, Bat Girl, Batman

Batman & Robin Figures by McFarlane based on the 1997 movie. The line up includes Batman, Robin, Bat Girl, Poison Ivy, and Mr. Freeze. Not my favorite Batman movie but one that I haven't seen immortalized in action figure form with this many characters. Once I saw Mr. Freeze (Arnold Schwarzenegger) was the build a figure, I knew I had to have the set. I am happy with the set. Standard McFarlane style articulation.

Ivy is definitely the standout of the wave. She has more paint on her than the other four figures combined. This is what McFarlane's figures could look like if they weren't always so compromised.

For sure she is! They all look good standing together though. Mr. Freeze's body is really well detailed too but not enough paint effects to make it stand out. It could be better for sure but I am happy we got them. A good repainter is going to send these figures out of the park.

@@MightyCollectors I always say McFarlane figures are better thought of as model kits since they're usually begging to be repainted, but that isn't what they're sold as.
