454 ProCharged LSX Engine

Patterson-Elite Performance, located in Augusta, KS, was called on by Sunnen in 2017 to build another engine for the annual Charity Sweepstakes at the PRI Show in Indianapolis. This time, Patterson-Elite delivered a 454 cid ProCharged LSX engine in an effort to up the ante from 2016. The LSX 454 bore is stock at 4.185

Quite low on HP for an F-1X, especially on a 454ci. That should make 1500-1600 HP on an engine dyno without the IC. The AMP C7 Vette uses the F-1X and a 427ci and it makes 1440 RWHP. I wonder why this only made in the 1300's......?
