My dad L.D. Is the electric guitar player. These days were great. I was 5 years old then. Randy was SO hot back then, girls screaming like it was Elvis, and he was selling out arenas around the world. I will cherish these videos forever! My dad used to call him up to sing from washing dishes at the Nashville Palace. Then Warner Brothers signed him
I met your mom and dad at the old Nashville Palace back in 1992 I think. Your mom was sitting across the table from me and LD came in after his Friday night show with Porter at the Opry. It was the day he had received a guitar from Fender ... an Eric Clapton "Blackie". We talked for quite a a while and arranged to meet again the next night at the Opry, which we did. We have been FB friends for a long time now and still talk now and then. I live way out on the west coast of Canada.
@@tomgough5794 I love this! Thanks so much for sharing this with me! What a small world it is! Yes! Blackie! He still has that guitar! I will show him this as well. This made my day! :) 🙂
I 've loved this phenomenal man since his career began in the 1980s and I love him to this day. God isn't finished with him yet. There's More Life to come for Randy Travis. Amen! 🙏
I saw a comment that said Randy had the voice of an angel and that God took it away. True, but through his music he is still with us and he is not suffering any longer.❤
I Really Do Not Like AI But I am So Glad !!! I Am So Proud!!! THAT AI !!!Help Us To HEAR !!! Your Sweet HEART and voice / words ❤ THANK YOU SO MUCH for your ❤
Correction: God did NOT take Randy's voice away! It was the aphasia, but he's getting better. & stop talking like he's dead!!! He's going to make a come back.
This is excellent lyrics and music that I never get tired of listening too. There’s real stories and lots of teaching moments about life journey. Thank you Randy and all who play and intricate part in allowing us to continue to enjoy this great singer’ songs that are real life battles and stories. May Randy Travis soul rest in Peace and one day rise in glory 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿😍😍🇧🇸

What'll you do about Me would never go over today. Basically, the person from the sound is a stalker. What she'd do is have him arrested.
😂After all the hell we still talk
