- Welcome to Kentucky Fried Trails 2024, organized by Tri-State Overland! Today the crew explores the Brushy Fork section of the Daniel Boone Backcountry Byway. Come along as we traverse muddy ruts, stream crossings, rock obstacles, and even a lake as we enjoy the beautiful forests of Kentucky. great video of you getting out and crossing the Brushy Fork Creek. the flex, the agility, the determination of you not letting the cold water of the creek to stop you from getting the shot.
That was an awesome Tunnel also.
Lol! I'm just glad you can't hear the creaking of my almost 50 year old joints as I crossed the creek! And, yes. That tunnell is awesome. Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks for subbing! I need to check out your channel as well. My step daughter has a Badlands Bronco, though she's a little trail shy given it's newness. We can always use great ideas for Broncos!
@@JourneyBeyondOverlandthe Broncos have been awesome and we love them, but… yeah… can’t blame her! it’s an uneasy feeling taking a brand new rig down a trail where body damage or worse is possible without some seat time! There’s a KY Bronco crew that puts a lot of events together tho… they’re some great people if she’s interest in Bronco-focused events!

We just started over landing this year. We have been to Vinton County and Shawnee State Park. We are heading down to the DBBB next weekend (5/9-5/12).
Welcome to overlanding! Vinton and Shawnee are great starting places, and the DBBB has so many beautiful trails, I'm sure this won't be your only visit. There are also some great hikes, underground kayaking, and other things to round out your visit to the Red River Gorge if you choose. Enjoy the adventure!
Have you ever been to Mary's Wild Horse Trail?
@Wonder_Down_Yonder No we haven't. What can you tell us about that trail? We are always looking for more places to explore.
