Gotta love it, the right tools would make this job an adventure, otherwise an extended cursing session. Gotta love it…😅

lol yeah there was so many issues with this car actually in order to replace the Evap Canister.. if I was in the south this job would have been so easy without any rust! thanks for watching and your support!

Great video! After replacing this canister vent valve (assuming it is definitely the issue), will the CEL light go off automatically on it's own after driving for a while, or would I need to clear the code out with a scanner after performing the repair?

Thank you so much!!! And for this case after I installed everything again. And I did have to fix some fuel lines that were leaking. The code was no longer showing when I started the car! Usually the evap codes are hard codes (pending) on most code readers so even when you erase the code it will still be showing or pending. It won’t be erasable. I have a video coming up of me installing everything and showing the car running with the codes no longer showing

Totally skipped over the hardest part. Disconnecting everything at the gas tank before it’s dropped.

damn thats a nasty job for sure, gotta love all that salt they put on the roads. Do you think that those northern cars would still look like that if you sprayed that oil coating they have underneath the car? And if so, do you think you would have to do it every year?

For sure those Subaru guys who drive the. Cars all winter have oil sprayed every year! Honestly any car where we live need it bro. Stupid rust. Florida/southern cars are literally the dream when you look underneath and they are spotless

I have not watched this video in a long time but I was still working on my video editing and showing the work along with making it a clean video. My content has gotten a lot better since this video sorry if it is misleading and not exactly what you were looking for.
