Every RUclipsrs fitness says kickback is useless. For me kickbacks are one of the best since I only have dumbbells. I can feel my triceps burns after this exercise.
Yeah cause they are lazy and don’t want to stand up it’s one of the best tricep exercises especially if you do itfirst for triceps cause it warms up the elbow and safe to do
Sorry. This is a bit older and I hope you’ve killing it in the gym cuz. I’m just getting back into it now. In order to build muscle you want to be able to rep out about 8-10 of whatever weight you’re using. Especially for a beginner. Maybe less if you’re going really heavy and are advanced. Too much more and you start building endurance rather than muscle. Hope this helps.

Yeah bro me too, I have been like workout out for 2 years but I found about kickbacks 4 months ago and my lateral heads are bigger than ever

Whatever weight that you can get full extension and also squeeze with. Doesn’t have to be heavy all the time

You need other exercises for core and the back then, don't be stupid to injure yourself by skipping levels and exercises kiddo.
