Your comment that "vases are exciting" came true for me when a friend called and asked if I would take any or all of the vases in a cabinet at her mother's home she was clearing out. I got probably 30-40 glass vases (Northwood, Fenton, etc.) and other pieces like a Majolica planter and Murano birds. The items were from her mother and grandmother's collections. It was so exciting!
PS I found another Majolica planter at GW for $3.99 recently. A lady stopped and looked in my cart and exclaimed, "Is that Majolica?!? That is a good find!!"
Love it when you shop with your mom as she is knowledgeable which would make all these vacation GoodWill stops so much more enjoyable and fun for you! You and the children are so blessed to have such great parents/grandparents in your lives.

I have been waiting for someone to publish a book on all the collaborations Teleflora did with American Glass Companies so Teleflora will become a collectible. That vase was one of the collaborations with Fenton.
I had it and gave it to my daughter. It's nice.

Those big Goodwill's are "for profit" stores and charge more. You can tell by their higher prices and the color grouping displays that they do. The best prices are found in the smaller private stores run by churches and Sheriff's Ranches Enterprises thrift stores.

Oh my gosh- a Haeger cat fish bowl is the #1 thing on my bucket list of things to find in the wild. You seem to find them often- good for you. Maybe if I thrifted as much as you did, I’d have better luck:)

that Rhino is crazy cool- I used to buy camels, Tang Horses in Chinatown in NYC and they would sell for 50-75+ depending on the style and color- BUY the Rhino- and your Mom has a great eye when she puts things together there is flow and style, she is really good, and I am glad that you are having her help you at the booth!

I haven’t found anything good in our Florida Goodwills in many years. It’s usually Bealls Outlet cast-offs. But I’m on the gulf coast. My fingers are crossed for you though!
I love myrtle wood. It only grows in two places - the Holy Land & Southern Oregon. I pick up some when I can find it.
Fenton did design some Teleflora pieces. I have one with a sticker, mine is the purple glass with painted floral design. Found an article stating the vase shape and decoration were designed by Fenton but the manufacturing was sourced by Teleflora. So you weren't entirely wrong ;)

Mom knows you well. Also, I have one of those black cats. My Mom got it for me ages ago and I used it for very small fish. Unfortunately the original bowl was broken but just about any small clear glass bowl looks just as good.

OMG I have never seen the frog plates before.. My first real Christmas gift to my mom was the frog cookie jar. As I got older I have been picking up little frog pieces to go with the cookie jar. I know they were chipped.. but I'm crying.. lol...

The Grey Goose pewter martini glasses would have been a good pick up. (At the right buy in price) A pair sells for around 50.00 plus shipping. Too bad there weren’t any House Mouse Stamps they sell for good money! Love your videos. Laurel is a doll!

TOTALLY agree about the Millie Cyrus song! It's to the point where I won't watch shorts if I hear that song and the 'Popular' song. Both have been played to the point of overload.
