Jesse and I are back home from our trip to Europe and the first thing I wanted to do was go thrifting at #Goodwill 😂 Ok.... after we rested for a few days! I'm hard at work on the Italy vlogs but in the meantime, let's see what we can find at Goodwill 😊

I always say to never complain about rain …. moisture helps prevent forest fires and Oregon is full of beautiful trees!
I’m not much of a complainer in life but this weather for 10 months straight has really been hard for a lot of people. Seasonal depression is a real thing and when it’s 10 months a year it’s rough 😞 With that said, I know extreme weather is happening all around the world so we’re all in this together 💔

I really like that you show right away how you have styled your items. Haul videos get boring until we can see the items styled.

I would just put the bowl in my kitchen cabinet and use it when needed. All my German, East German, French, and Italian items in my cabinet.
I Love the first setting .....I just love vintage anything ...and you make it look so awesome....they all looked FAB...but first one was my fav...! By the way.... love all your turquoise...!!!

In 1975, after high school, I worked doing secretarial and receptionist work on Canoga Ave, Canoga Park CA. Across the street was a pottery company. They worked in a quansit hut, which was very, very warm. I had never seen anything like it.
Beautiful finds and I just found you!! Another beautiful find! The yellow pot I am pretty sure is for fondue. I just found a green one just like that yesterday but it has a stand for the burner.

FYI dogwood is called whippletree in England. My dau has 30 acres in central VA filled with dogwoods and her dream is to one day create a wedding venue. She even named her road whippletree. Love love love dogwoods!

Oh wow. I swear I have the same box. I did the same thing! I was in elementary school and went to the mountains of North Carolina. The front, in the corner said Grandfather mountain (I think). It had a mother and baby deer in the woods. I think it was kinda green coloring of the photo, and the rest was wood. tiny metal closure. Was able to put a little lock on it. I keep my rocks I found as a kid in there. Now I have to find it. :D

I love how you styled the white vase in the first vignette. The texture of the vase beside the painting on the hand was phenomenal. But then you had it styled with the blue pieces! Heaven.

You would LOVE taking an intro pottery class. I was (still am) obsessed with pottery and taking an intro course at my local YMCA really opened my eyes to how much work and time goes into each piece. Each step in the process is necessary as well as an opportunity to be creative. Much love!

We are alike. I love unusual pieces and my friends say that I know how to put them with other items. I love your style and what you pick.. At estate sales pottery is not considered a pricey item unless it is really well known…I love it all.
