I do appreciate you can tell how much she lives by what she believes in and isn't doing it coz she learnt it only or kinda dabbled in it but fully has a lifestyle around it. I think that helps makes it relaxing for me.

I love having reflexology! It has helped so much with back pain etc. my reflexologist also found out I had a thyroid problem, I went to the GP and the blood test confirmed it. I thought I had post natal depression! The lady carrying out the treatment is incredible xx

Every time ive watched reflexology in the past, I've had to.change it because it makes me cringe the way they are in pain and how hard/rough the practitioners do it...I thought that was just part of it, normal. This is incredibly soothing and beautifully different. Also, love the soft conversation (not just words, sounds, whispers) and her knowledgeable/soothing voice. Thank you💜

Great video. I typically prefer my reflexology videos with the bottom of the foot shown, but given the apparent size of this room that probably wasn't possible.

I’m so glad you enjoy the videos! The treatment charge really depends on the video! In this case, I was directly invited by the therapist to collaborate to film videos so it was free of charge. Most of my other treatments on this channel cost money though and the details are always in the description ☺️

The therapist’s accent sounds like she immigrated from the United States as a child and picked up the British accent but kept a slight American tinge in her accent.
Sounds like a typical modern, southern English accent to me.
