@@nosarapodcast 100% I found your content while researching the town and didn’t take long to figure out what I should be doing if I want to live there and not only keep the place as beautiful as it is but continue improving it. Only building on 21% of my small property, removed 2 little (not Guanacaste) trees but planting 8 more, installed a Bionest system (held off on cosmetics like rock walls because this was top priority). No excuses, YOU KNOW DA RULEZ! #noshitnosara
