Hi guys, some of you asked for my setup, well here it is: ENGINE Turbo: Garrett GT1749VB ( stock pd150 turbocharger) Pressure sensor: 3 bar map sensor (stock pd150) Intercooler: Upradet side mounted (300 hp) 2 inch pipework Nozzles: 0.230mm H-FLOX fitted on stock injectors by pro Inlet system: Pd150 inlet manifold and pd150 inlet pipe MAF sensor: Stock pd150 MAF sensor and pd 150 airbox EGR system: Completely remove of all and fitted 2 inch egr delete on inlet manifold Exhaust system: 2.5 inch de-cat downpipe and the rest is 3 inch clean pipe Chip tuning: WD-Tuning performance program in Denmark GEARBOX 5-Speed Clutch: Upradet Golf MK3 vr6 clutch Pressure plate: Upradet Golf MK3 vr6 pressure plate Flywheel: Stock Golf MK2 G60 single mass flywheel I'am just starting at a new engine build with wih a ALH head and a ARL bottom I will try to fit a Scania R360 turbo soon.. Hi friend, saw your video :) really nice setup, i will try now to follow your steps four building my MK4 golf :) i have 1.9 TDI ALH engine, it was stock 90PS 210NM, i changed nozzles to 0.216, i delete EGR, ALH engine has VNT15 turbo, so i experiment with that some time. well after some gaming with vag-com and pump timing, i reached 130PS and 280 NM on friday. no ECU modifications was made. i saw your video, and i liked it very much :) so it inspired me not to stop on my way reaching 200 PS 400 Nm. Already got intake manifold from PD150 :) i need everything you mention from PD150, but the turbo i will use in future will be GTB1756VK
paulo rodrigues: my intercooler is good for 300 hp and my nozzles is good for about 200 hp and it is proven many times that the pd150 turbo has done Well over 200 safe hp. The tuner is the same tuner as darkside uses, he knows what he is doing.. 200 hp is not so unusual with this setup, remember the 200 hp is at the crank
My guess: Turbo, injectors, intake, exhaust, ECU remap. Thats about it really. These 1.9tdis can be tuned a lot on stock internals without blowing it up. If you do it properly you are looking at around 500-1000 eur. Of course if you buy the best of the best then probably 1500-2000
@@DomPDRO Stock 150hp arl turbo can safely make +200hp. Other than that it will still probably be way closer to 1000€ than to 500€, probably even over 1000€, not taking into account suspension or wheels which you should absolutely get something better than stock if you are planning on doing this to your engine.

yo man, nice setup, i have the samo 90hp alh, but i've been told that Alh is not good for tuning because it has bosch pumpe, so it is limited.

I think under 200k.. If this is golf alh with stock 66kw engine. Rods and pistons are weak point, and also no oil cooling for pistons.

It's just a fancy way to call a lowered rpm limiter, it's not antilag which would cause turbo to be flamed constantly
