  • Snow has fallen on the ground today with temperatures as cold as -13°C in winter that has just officially begun (The official first day of winter is Wednesday, December 21). Taking a walk outdoors in cool weather can reduce stress. Winter purifies the air. When the ground is covered in snow, there is nothing more enjoyable than going for a walk and enjoying the beauty of the season, walking is one of the best ways to stay healthy. Walking on snowy roads has both positive and mental health benefits. When winter comes, it is always better to be prepared and plan a safe walking route. Be especially careful when walking or driving in the affected area.
If you're dreaming of a white Christmas in downtown Toronto 2022, those dreams have come true, as of today, December 23, before Christmas. Snow fell on the ground across downtown Toronto just before Christmas in southern Ontario. However, Toronto always snows at Christmas. It usually gets the first snow around late October/early November, and will last until the end of March/ early April. All in all, most Canadians love a white Christmas.
