Hi the bus left tampines at 5.14am. We brought the tickets from busonlineticket.com

Why can't the bus park nearer the toilet break place so that the customers do not have to walk quite far to & from the toilets?
It will be especially hard for the elderly.

Haha, actually, most of the coach companies usually hand write their bus plate for customers, but yah agreed that it should slightly be more luxurious like similar to a plane boarding pass.

Great trip. Well, it's bit unusual to see bus trip from SG to KL indirectly. Something interesting to see is, the first bus you taking to JB Border is similar to bus from ordering bus tickets via Grab app. That Transtar's new Superstar Z Bus is awesome.
