It's a more exaggerated version of Heihachi's original stance from TEKKEN 3 and onwards. And I can definitely see the resemblance. Goku's stance from what I could Google is a so called loose mǎbù (马步, "horse stance") with the torso positioned sideways. From what I searched, it's a common posture/stance in Asian martial arts. And it checks out since Goku's style of martial arts is more of a Shaolin Kung Fu alongside Jeet Kun Do, Wing Chun, Tai Chi and Bajiquan possibly. While I can't pinpoint exactly what martial arts Goku uses (that can be replaced with a real life version) Heihachi's style of martial arts was officially stated as Mishima-ryu Karate (the Mishima family's version of Goju-ryu karate), and his stance is most likely the same one, or a slight variation.
Namco did a good work of making different intro animations for the same char, so mirror matches don't always have a repeated intro... and that idea was already considered for some old games like T4, definitely a lot ahead of times. Because there are some ps3 fgs and even ps4 fgs where chars only have one intro and then awkwardly repeat each other in a mirror match. In some cases the company does the favor of including an alternative line for the intro, but still i'm not sure if that alone can savee the situation since even ps2 games already had alternative intro animations for the same char.
@@ИльяМаляр-л3в "One of the most recognized characters..." And that might be true. TK actually has more recognized characters than SNK overall, and Terry is more like an exception of highly recognized character.
Heihachi stance in T1 and T2 is called "Middle Guard", commonly used in WAKO Kickboxing (not Muay Thai), Savate and Jeet Kune Do (real JKD, not fictional movie choreos). Later they change his stance into "Low Guard" which commonly used in Karate (traditional style like Shotokan and Goju Ryu) and Taekwondo (traditional style like Tang Soo Do and ITF). Of course i know martial art, because i practice both Karate (2004) and Kickboxing (2012).

Heihachi Mishima is not similar to those 2 from Dragon Ball
SFxT Heihachi being as slow as Makoto was pretty neat, he packed a lot of power despite the speed
Great work, and nice touch including non TK games and non fgs too.
Heihachi Mishima can never die.

Probably gotta be one of the most recognized characters in fighting games, right?
The answer lies in "are you okay?"
That would be ryu

Shelton Benjamin must be happy now.
Tekken 5 Heihachi's face model looks like my Grandma
Suggestion: does it sound like a nice idea, a multi part compilation of all guest characters in fgs?
