My list of "use it up" products stays small because I usually use things up before I repurchase. I know that is so much more difficult for a natural hair RUclipsr. Okay, so I don't personally have experience doing this, but I've seen several ladies who do, and that combo is the Curl Maker under a strong hold gel like ICH, Soultaincals Frozen Drip & Grip, or Jello Shot
I've been needing to do this for a while. I hope it helps me to focus on finishing up stuff so I don't have a lot of almost empty containers sitting around on my shelves. Thanks for watching.
Hi NaturalRaeRae. The shea moisture gel does flakes on it’s own , but when paired with the extreme gel, it’s a go! No flaking and it gave me length and hold for days. All the best, from the US Virgin Islands 🇻🇮 ❤
I have also had the Classic As I Am Leave In for a while & I have yet to use it 😩🥴. It melted like butter in your hair so I’m hoping for the same when I finally open it.
Hi Rae your wash and go is very pretty. I am using up my stash too and trying not to open up anything new until I use what I already have opened. With the exception of finally trying my NLS ( chef’s kiss products 🤗). I have never used any of the products you are trying to use up other than the African Pride (I like) and the Shea Moisture Gels ( is just okay).
Thank you. I won't be revisiting the Shea Moisture Gel. I've already tried it twice and it didn't work either time for me. I'll probably give it away to my sister; she may like it. Keep using up that stash.
My favorite curl maker combo - I add the curl maker to soaking wet hair in the shower. I top it with just a little of Curlsmith in shower style fixer. I don’t use leave in for this combo.
@@friedchicken892 Probably Miche Set or Treluxe. I might chance mousse def, but curl maker has coconut oil as the 3rd ingredient and castor oil as the 6th ingredient.

My favorite wng combo is CR Coconut Water Leave-in, CR Coconut Style Setter, and CR Curl Maker on top. My curls are soft and moisturized.

I love the As I Am classic leave-in. It has so much slip and it does just sink into my hair so nicely. It is also very moisturizing to me.

Curl maker is very tricky it gives good definition but it left me in flake city….😂

@@mslwoods25 okay . my hair is very fine, high density and cotton like and I need a hard hold so my hair can last!
Shea moisture gel I use cream of nature twisting cream with it… not sure how well it would work… my hair is around the 3s n my hair strands or thick
