Man that's a good flathead! It definitely got to me! These big fish are not commonly caught here in our waters. That fish had been alive for close to 2 decades, makes it hard because I had him out of the water a little longer than I wanted to measure and weigh and take pictures. And I didn't eat him because the meat was trash, that sucks big time! Next time all my stuff will be ready and I'm leaving them in the water in my net until I'm ready to measure and weigh.
