BACKGROUND STORY
We are steps2adventure, better known as Jordan & Annalise. We created the steps2adventure brand to inspire people to explore what the outdoors has to offer. Back in 2019 we always knew we wanted to travel, we were planning backpacking trips, train journeys.. you name it. Thankfully we came across the van life RUclipsrs! As soon as we saw this way of life we knew this was it, this is how we want to live and travel. So, we bought a van… Not just any van, she’s a 2007 LWB Mercedes sprinter van, an absolute beast!! We have spent over 2 years converting her in-between work and some little adventures across the UK.

This is inspirational. Keep safe on the roads. We travelled around Europe in our V70, 3 adults 2 kids and a dog. We were transiting not really stopping for visiting but really nice to see that you can live on the road from it. Keep eyes on vignettes, keep eyes on places where you stop and always expect the unexpected.

Border and tunnel experience is pretty cool.
We have borders between states down here in Australia but only check for fruit.
Changing countries boarders looks pretty intense.

I was wondering about the new spare wheel, someone could pinch that! The new bikes look amazing, some proper adventures on those. I am a legend, oh and the tunnel is 31.5 miles long... Or if you're in Europe it's 50.45km
Bang on with the length of the tunnel and I now have a locking wheel nut and a bike lock on the spare wheel along with cameras all round the van so hopefully that does the trick
The tunnel 8s 31.5 miles we in france at the minute we are going to Spain after we been back home for the 90 days enjoy both of u can't wait to see your next video we are doing the same as you 2 we have both gave our jobs and home up to travel look forward to seeing the next video xxxx

We live in Spain on the Costa Blanca and its great! Please make sure you do a sea swim at sunrise (currently about 7:50am) just to watch the sun come up whilst you are in the sea is incredible!! Very exhilarating too! I look forward to watching your adventures. x

😂 Tbh I was sceptical at first but it's worth it's weight in gold so much freedom uncertainty and not knowing what to do where to go or even what to see is the best part of it all it's kinda like being on a roller coaster of emotions but with a bloody good view 🤣🤣👌 hope that helps ahaha

When they cut out the tunnel they had 2 machines one starting in France & and one from the uk. They met head on in the middle. Then they drilled themselves into the ground and buried under the tunnel. An old friend of mine was a train driver who brought the rubbish out to tip. He made a fortune. 13:06 exhaust fumes - that amount of fumes trapped in a tunnel is enough to kill.
Also crashes & fires.
Luckily there's massive extraction fans sucking that out and pushing fresh air through the tunnel so don't have to worry about it 😁👌

I’m a legend , the tunnel is 31.5 miles long . Safe driving in the rest of your trip, I drove Calais to Breukelen on Saturday and that was a long drive with the traffic 🫣

We are legends, watched every video 👍 we live in Spain, near Murcia, no regrets for leaving UK. Just note you will need a ‘seat belt’ for Lily in Spain ( not sure about France, but if you get pulled in Spain it’s instant fine.
