Abby- I have been watching you for a few years now and want to say you have inspired me for the better 🤍 keep it up girl!! You deserve so much more subscribers 😭
My graduate program is the same way for Mental Health Counseling regarding not being able to get anything below a B-. It was super stressful to think about at the time but professors do not want to see you fail and will probably do everything they can to help you out if they see you might be falling short, but we all know you're going to KILL IT :)
I'd loove to see your note taking strategy! And what best helps you retain certain/important information. Additionally, how you plan out your homework or to do list for classes. It's my 1st semester at a University and all my classes are Asynchronous, which makes them that much more challenging. Do you have any advice for me?
Sorry to be offtopic but does any of you know of a method to log back into an Instagram account..? I somehow forgot my account password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me!
I'd love to see how you're making a study plan for the CPA (more so the day-to-day, not overall when you're taking each test necessarily), and maybe how you are taking notes too!
I am glad you had a good day to start your year. So excited to see your grad school journey! I would to see videos about you studying for the CPA exam!
Crazy how much time has flown by and you're already in grad school!! Can't believe I've been watching you for so many years ! & your place is coming together so well!!
So happy your school vlogs are back! Taking hours towards my cpa hours and love your vlogs for motivation!!! Love the placement of the circle mirror. Girl tell them about those blinds 👀 they should not have left you with that. Know Bama has been in the news and you’ve already had it but be careful 😭 such weird times. Hope you are staying safe and healthy! Good luck this semester!!! Happy, positive thoughts. Do want to see your cpa study journey explained pleaseee including the books you got 🥰
Congrats on Grad School - just so you know most Grad Schoolers feel your pain with the grades! Most programs, regardless of school/subject, require you to get Bs to pass. Below a B (even a B minus) is not considered passing. Don't worry - you got this!
Omg girl congratz! It’s crazy to me to watch this video cause I’ve been watching you since your first day of undergrad 😭 So proud of your acheivements!!
I would like to see CPA studying time lapses with voice/text overs explaining what you're doing and why! I graduate with my bachelor's in Accounting in May, and I'm unsure of what I want to do next!
I started Grad school as well! I’m also a GA so I understand everything you said about trying not to do everything online!! This school year will be interesting for sure!
im loving your grad school videos, i like how you walked us through the small parts of the struggles of grad school. ALSO IM HERE FOR THE UA CONTENT AGAIN but sigh at the covid situation. i think this place you've lived since your freshmen year is my favorite of all your places
so exciting seeing you start grad school since you've been talking about it for so long now! sending you all the good vibes for a great year and stay safe 💌
I just graduated PA school and that was definitely the hardest thing I have ever done. Undergrad was a breeze compared to PA school. We also had to wear business casual during didactic year. Clinical year was either business casual or scrubs depending on what our preceptor wanted us to wear. I just graduated in August and I’m so excited to say I never have to go to school again haha. I take my boards in two weeks which is crazy. Oh yeah I forgot you talked about his grades are different in grad school. Grades for PA school depends. So undergrad I ended with a 3.6 GPA. PA school I ended with a GPA of 3.19. At my school we have to have a 2.0 average I believe, which honestly doesn’t make sense because our passing is a 75. Some PA schools passing is an 83. My second and third semesters were absolutely horrible. We had 23 credit hours 2nd semester and 32 credit hours 3rd semester. It was insane.
Oh my god. I enjoyed this vlog SOOO much❤️❤️❤️ It has like the perfect mixture of school/home routine. Although I didn't go to grad school I really enjoyed watching you going to your classes. Thank you, Abby, for sharing your last first day with us❤️
I'm just here for the constant questions about your two bedroom situation, because it genuinely amazes me that people care so much and have to actually comment every friggin video on where and how you and your bf sleep.
Omg i finally found a business major youtuber! I just started my 3rd year of my accounting major and also plan on taking the CPA. Yay I’m definitely subscribing
I'm so glad your school videos are back up, they motivate me to study. I think you should do CPA studying for the podcast since you can go more in depth there.
Yes been waiting for this video! Great start to my day. Love your videos! I would love to see cpa studying time lapses but also how you plan on studying
Grad school is a headache, but it does get better once you get used to the flow. But it’s not laid back or easy by any means. It is stressful lol, but don’t be discouraged anyone thinking about grad school. I’m finishing up my last class now, whew.
I would love to see what you're studying for the CPA exam and how you are approaching the material. (currently an accounting undergrad student and will be a grad student in 2 years)
I was so excited for this video! I start grad classes too and am kind of dreading it cuz looking at the syllabus for my classes I’m like ahhh this is gonna be hard 😬😂
@@KourttneyL Yeah, but I'm in my graduate program right now, and to be completely honest I learn better when I'm in front of the professor. I had classes yesterday though which I was super anxious about, it went well! The upside was my dog was sitting with me and when I got overwhelmed I was able to pet him!
Julia Namou I understand that but still it is so risky! I had online classes and it helped with my anxiety so much. Now with this pandemic, I wouldn’t step a foot on campus. Not yet anyways. Glad you can take your therapy animal! Good luck!!
Julia Namou that’s understandable and very common! You’re allowed to feel that way:)) although closing is necessary, those feelings that come along don’t just go away. Try to stay positive and grateful, as much of a reminder to myself and it is to you lol. Stay safe!!
@@KourttneyL you have to understand that people learn differently. I also find it much easier to be in a classroom setting sitting in front of the professor while they goes through everything that we are going to learn. I mean don't get me wrong. If you want to be cautious and do the zoom university than be cautious and do the zoom university.
love how long this vlog was! i also started grad school this semester and it is kicking my butt so far! i’m taking my first accounting class and it literally feel likes learning a new language, i’d love any tips you have for being successful in accounting classes!! good luck this semester girl💛💛
Wow I really needed to hear that intro 💛 I just moved to start grad school too, & am soooooo hard on myself when I'm trying to stick to a new routine ☹
I am in my second year of a PhD program, and have already been through a Master’s programs. You don’t have to dress up for grad school, haha. Don’t worry. I only dress up for presentations and sometimes when I teach in classes (in-person) but it’s pretty casual still. I only dress up when I’m doing something where I want people to take me seriously. I look like a child so undergrads sometimes forget I have any sort of authority. Anyway my point is, don’t stress too much about being “professional” in attire all the time. You can usually be pretty casual.
LAST first day already?! time flies 💖 i'm so grateful to be able to follow your college journey and to see all the amazing things you will do! - i wish i knew
I'm about to start studying for the CPA in January once I graduate with my Masters of Acc in December so I'd love to see what your study method is like and hear any tips you might have!!
Try the Happiness Planner on your iPad or iPhone! Not only can you make to-do lists or reminders but you can set goals, rate how you feel, and journal about your day!
Girl same!! I just started my Masters of Marketing program at Georgia State and literally this is the most work I have ever gotten and I am entering week 3 right now. Plus my master's is a professional masters as everybody works or interns full-time, including me. I expect it to be more laid back as well.
When i got my masters in accounting I wore leggings and a hoodie everyday so it’s Interesting to hear that people dress up for yours! I know all schools are different tho, I went to a smaller school
I’m in Texas so I’m not sure if the process is consistent across each state. But start by getting your finger prints done/ passport size picture taken and submitting your application of intent. Then you will submit an eligibility application for each section once you are ready to take it. Once that is approved, you will get a notice to schedule and go on Prometric and schedule your exam. Literally the “getting started” part is so stressful so I hope this helps make it a bit smoother!
Loving these vlogs!! Do you and griffin sleep in the same bed? Just wondering because considering doing the same set up with my boyfriend of 2 bedrooms but we like to sleep in the same bed.

Ella looking into our souls at 1:10 hahaha
The best vlog I've seen so far, above all similar content. Although, as a new grad myself, I would have wanted more college related content.

I’m soooooo excited for your CPA vlogs :) can you show us how you study, what works well for you, and what you like/don’t like about Becker?
LOVE the college content!! im going to be a senior in college in the fall and move into my house on September 7th!
Abby, I've been watching you since your freshman year. You are a blessing!

Omg Ella is so precious 🥺🥺 & i love that pink skinny can holder!!!!
Are you feeling comfortable with going to classes after the recent outbreaks that occurs in UA?
I had that same parking pass when I was at UA, so expensive but so worth it. 😂
I would for you to talk about what you’re doing to study for the CPA exam! Like explanations :)

Can you link your Apple Watch band? I can’t find it on your amazon shop page
Where is your watch band from?! So cute!!
love the vlogs abby! i would love the study motivation!!
I’m new here and just a little curious as to why they don’t share a room
I think they sleep in the same room, but they both have separate rooms for if they want some alone space??!
Do you shower in your Adinas jewels necklace? I’ve been wanting to buy it but worried it’ll tarnish!
Why do you and griffin have separate rooms, sorry if you mentioned it and I just missed it
Hope you had a great last first day back 🥳❤️
What Nespesso pods do you use?
Not judging just curious why you and griffin have separate rooms
where is your watch band from?
what pens do you use on your planner?
Abby, where did you get your key ring holder? It’s cute! Btw, Goodluck in grad school! I also just started grad school at SFA here in Nacogdoches. 😊
Hey girl! I’m a grad school student at SFA too! Been in Nac for five years now because I did my undergrad here! Crazy how small the world can be!
Paxton Gutierrez wow, super crazy! Nice to meet you! This is my first year here, and I’m loving it so far!
Was your ikea shipping $200? I love in Alabama as well and I wanted some items from ikea and that’s what they wanted to charge for shipping 🙄🙄🙄
Are you and Griffin sharing a room?
Ryan Wypler I think they are not
No, they don’t share a room because they like having their own space. Something like that 😊
I'm still in undergrad but grad school sounds like its hard but rewarding at the same time since it's only for a year. Good luck this year.
What are those ana Louisa earrings called??
jk just saw the link in the bio!

why do you have to wear business casual in grad school? is it because they're paying you?
I guess to prepare you for the professional culture
