    I have a Sam's club membership and I freaking love it because you get such big quantities of food that will last you up six or seven months.

    Can you do a haul next time you do a target run or grocery haul? Yes a Sams membership is worth it even if you go once a month you can get vitamins or good amounts of fruit and veggies

    I’m sure you called your landlord about your washer! They need to come and flush the line. You don’t want water getting into your floors, walls, or carpet. It’s really hard to get rid of mold, especially when you can’t see it behind the walls.
    Hope you had a very Happy Birthday 🎉🥳
    And Sam’s Club/Costco are great for household stuff(laundry supplies, trash bags, paper towel, Tpaper), and your packaged foods....oatmeal and anything else you buy in a box.

    I personally like Costco over Sams!
    But yes, even with you living by yourself you can get so much more than food in bulk! They have beauty products, medicine, vitamins, toiletries, and even gift cards for a higher price value!
    HIGHLY recommend Costco!!!!
    ( there’s one right by the galleria I would stay away from it on Sundays though, church crowd takes over !! Lol )

      I second this!! I am a HUGE Costco fan!! I literally can buy most items from there and I end up saving so much money especially whenever they have their coupons.

    Definitely worth it! Also cheap gas with membership at either place. Nice for fruit and veggies and have a lot of other nice things too! Also you can add family members when you sign up and they can get their card at any location.

  • @Clee323

    Sam's Club has student memberships so being an Alabama student you should receive a discount in addition to that they have temp memberships that allow you to visit and see if you like it if you do buy during that time they do charge a little fee for your purchase. See what you buy most of it may not be a good investment for 1 person but if you go in and split products with other people and the cost it could be cheaper.

    As a student living alone, I use my Costco membership a lot! Between buying tampons, paper towel, toilet paper, Kleenex, frozen fruit/veggies and protein bars I definitely get my money’s worth! Honestly couldn’t go without a membership now!

  • @leahf.6012

    I would most definitely recommend getting a Sam’s membership! It does save on money overall, but it’s also time saving. Instead if running to the grocery store every week or two, now we only go once or every other month. Not to mention (at least in our area) it’s a once a year payment for the membership!🙌🏾♥️ Lol! I’m also soooo excited for this video! I started watching your channel your sophomore/junior year of high school! It’s crazy to see how much you’ve blossomed!⭐️ LOVE YOUR CHANNEL!!🌻

    I wouldn't get a sam's membership. I'm on my mom's membership but I also live alone and don't ever go! It's just really expensive when you need multiple things since it's in bulk, and I don't ever use the stuff before it goes bad if it's fruit or meat or something. The thing I really would use it for is the remade meals they have in the deli section. They come in a big pan and all you have to do is pop it in the oven, but I don't think just that is worth it if you live alone. If anything, I would try to find someone to split it with you and have a membership together if you really want to have the membership! That way it's cheaper but you still get the good deals. And if you have the membership you can get gas there too and it's always cheaper there!!

    Hey Madi, I'm in college too and I use my Sam's membership to buy water, tissue, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. I also love buying my breakfast food in bulk too

  • @kbl55429
    @kbl55429 5 лет назад

    Sams is worth it alone for the cheaper gas but if you’re not sure you can go in and look around without a membership and see how you like it. If you like it and want to buy goods then you’ll need a membership and I think they give discounts to college students.

  • @MPresley
    @MPresley 5 лет назад

    I used to work at Costco in Canada but it’s basically the same with the memberships. For the gold star, you don’t get anything back up it’s the cheaper of the two. The executive card, I think in Canada you need to spend average $200 a month to get half the cash back on your membership and the executive membership here is around $120. I would say it’s worth it because it isn’t only good you can purchase, but weight it out, pros and cons to see :)

  • @taylurrwolf
    @taylurrwolf 5 лет назад

    It saves a lot of money to sit down on a Sunday and plan out exactly what your meals are going to be for the following week or 2 and then shop for the stuff specifically for that and then whatever random you decide to have for lunch. :) also a sams membership is worth it

    I say go for the membership! My parents have one for Sam’s Club that I use, but Costco and BJ’s are good too (whichever is closer to you). I don’t buy everything in bulk cause I switch up my products a lot, but it helps for things you consistent buy (in your case - cat food, oatmeal, coffee)

  • @aimeekrzywicki6909
    @aimeekrzywicki6909 5 лет назад

    Yes, for stuff like TP , sparkling water, cat litter, paper towels, protein powder, oats, paper towels I lived alone and stuff that wouldn’t go bad quickly I buy in bulk
    Like tp, cat stuff, some cleaning stuff paper towels pads etc

    sams is totally worth it, you get a lot more for cheaper than you would normally get things and it keeps you from stocking up for a while especially alone. things like toilet paper and paper towels are good for bulk because you definitely need those things and it lasts for a long time

    If you have roommates you could split a Costco member ship. My roommates and I did that last year and we are doing it again this year. We would split food too like one person would buy pancake mix, cereal, etc for everyone and someone else would buy something else

    As a far as I know here in Canada we only have Costco and I definitely think it is worth it to buy things in bulk that you go through quickly and stuff that doesn’t go bad but cause you live alone maybe refrain from buying things that’ll go bad quickly. I don’t have a membership cause I still live at home but my mom does

    Costco is worth it for me because movie tickets are cheaper and for different kinds of foods you can buy in bulk and the price is worth it. The other day I got those Starbucks mocha drinks but in a bigger bulk for $18. But I drink those a lot so it’ll last me at least a few weeks.

    Omg Madi! That’s unacceptable. The washer needs to be fixed (obviously) & I hope you’re getting it settled. Btw, I don’t think Sams is worth it for one person, but idk it is good to buy things in bulk soupy don’t gave to go out often. If you need it for convenience reasons, I’d get a Sams card. Plus they have a cute food court with yummy pizza and hot dogs (for cheap!) lol. So yeah maybe get one.
