Although I am not a graphic designer, I find it interesting. Can Milanote be used for planning portfolios?

Thank you! This was very helpful. Question: when you showed your You Tube Thumbnail page, where do you design these thumbnails? Somewhere in Milonote, or in another program like Canva then have to link it to Milinote? If the second, how do you get them into Milonote? Thank you!

I love the feel of Milanote, but the absence of an arbitrary zoom and inability to organize stuff in zoomed out view is a deal-breaker for me :( It would be so awesome if they could get around to implementing those. But as it is, I find Miro more intuitive to use.

I agree about the zooming. There are also a couple of things I would love to see implemented:
Easier navigation between commonly used boards
Often it takes too long to navigate back and forth between certain boards that are buried deep into other boards. It would be great to have a panel, where we could see recent boards, but even more importantly boards marked as Favourite. This would save so much time. A split screen option would be great too, where we could see two boards simultaneously.
Moving things around while zoomed out
I love the simple Z shortcut to zoom out and see everything, but it would be great to be able to move things around in this view. Currently it is only useful to get a quick look at where things are, but not much else. Some boards get huge and whoever has a large monitor would be able to work while zoomed out to quickly organize things. I know you can zoom out with Cmd/Ctrl -, but that takes sometimes too long.
      Transform multiple objects
It would save a lot of time to be able to resize multiple items simultaneously.
      Quicker way to crop
This currently takes too long. It would be great to have a shortcut (like holding Cmd/Ctrl down) which would reveal a bounding box around the selected image allowing a quick and easy crop.
      Find Similar
It would be great if you could search for similar images directly from within Milanote. It could be a simple Google search based on the selected image, or even better if it was a combined result of several search engines (Dribbble, Behance, Pinterest, etc.) I know this would be hard to do, but one can dream :)
