    Omg after doing full body with weight this is very challenging 💪 but I love it 😁 doing weight and then walking for the whole week been seeing results ❤❤❤

      Hi, you can’t spot reduce fat.
      Unfortunately hormonal changes as we age can influence an accumulation of belly fat, but that doesn’t mean there’s nothing you can do about it.
      I suggest addressing any stress as it’s widely documented how it leads to belly fat, optimising your gut flora for an optimum metabolic health, including resistance training as anaerobic exercise burns more fat at rest compared to cardio, hitting a daily step goal and avoiding ultra processed foods.
