    Wow, its nice that your replacement legs come with all the universal brace ears already fitted. We replace legs all the time, and we have to fit all those brace ears every time.

    Ex CEGB fitter here mate. Agecroft Power Station & Fiddlers Ferry. No impact tools back in my day, torquing fasteners involved hitting a King Dick slogging spanner with a 14lb sledge! Happy Days.... Great channel by the way👍🏼

    With being in the trade for 50 years (now retired) I still find myself shielding my eyes when you shout out “eyes”. Old habits eh

    What a great channel. What I great about starting a Saturday morning with four’s bacon butty brew and baz before what the baystolls have bent or broken. That welding mask is a complete weapon. Keep up the great channel.

    Baz....Texas here....TAKE CARE OF YOUR EYES !... I did a little spot job (stick) and my loss of acuity (70 yo at the time and can't fit my glasses inside my helmet) caused me to hunker down to the work to see the puddle about two-thirds of what distance it should have been. No more that twenty seconds of weld. It put what looks like an eye floater (but doesn't float) in my vision ever since 3 years on. You only get one pair of eyes bud.

    Another great video, non stop. Liked the explanation of the welder settings . Modern equipment is a far cry from the gas welding and stick welding I was brought up on. Get your eyes checked, listen to your brother, you’ve only one pair look after them. Credit to The Director for the fantastic production.

    Love that hole press & good repair on the cab door check strap. Driver abuse and any lubrication can soon kill them. You have a fantastic crew and as ever Baz, thank you to all involved in this edition.

    I had to do 6G pipe weld to pass out , that over head , root run with TIG , !!!!!!! The stick fill overhead , in pratice i nearly lost my hand from hot pot rocks !!!
    I got a couple of errors but passed out 6G , 1st time ! Something im still proud about

    Baz, don't procrastinate having your yes checked. Today's Ophthalmologist can have you back to 20/20 vision in one afternoon. At 71 years
    of age I've had mine done and highly recommend the procedure. You'll be back to work in one day. Cheers

    Hi mate, came over from Chris's channel,am not a fitter apart from doing a couple years mechanic apprenticeship, still did all my own repairs untill everything went over to computers and just replacing parts and not mending them,but do enjoy watching good fitters repair and keep stuff moving. Have subscribed as well 👍

    Nice to have the loader bucket/edge at a good height but I didn't see any type of sawhorse/support under the bucket for safety. I realize the men will probably not be under but support in case of hyd. failure. Always safety!!

    I heard from a guy called Dominic Cummings the best way to test your eye sight is to jump in that T-cab and drive to Barnard castle 😂😂. Another great video 👍🏻👍🏻

    Brilliant tip about measuring from the edge of one hole to the opposite edge of the other. Never too old to learn. What a an awesome machine that punch is such a clean job. Another very interesting video.

    In a previous job I was unfortunate enough to have to work with those t cabs and although they're absolute beasts for pulling, the build quality of them is shocking for what they cost!

    Baz and team, great to see you sharing your skills and investing in younger ppl hungry to learn, each episode is provides lots of info, sharing many years of accumulated knowledge that has been passed down or learnt the hard way thru experience.
    Sad to say seems that young folk t'up north are prepared to get there hands dirty and graft, less so down south which is a shame...
    Great to see you plugging Cutting Edge and Snowball Engineering channels, on a rising tide all ships are lifted.
    Engineers should always help one another IMHO.

    Great episode again Baz. On the wheelloader bucket edge replacement, does the loader run equal tires/pressures on each side? One side completely gone, other side could have gone a long while still...

    Baz, I've seen on another channel where "U" type steel was placed before each of the bolts to assist in preventing premature wear.

    Another quality video Baz and Director. Plenty of content and information, that hole punch is some piece of kit, the t cab bracket fix was as you say should have been strengthened by the makers but your the man to solve problems can't wait for the next one
