Edit: I did answer three questions below, but those answered simply disappeared. RUclips is strange sometimes. Maybe they didn't like me mentioning the brand. So: 1) Mid 60s, 2) Looked at one specific part of my arms that showed wrinkles when moved and compared that before and after. Would advise others to find a wrinkled spot and take pics before and after. Don't rely on "plumpness" or other more subjective measures.

Without analytical equpment and expertise, that's the best I can do. So I think it's objective, but since this is an observation, there is a possibility of self-deception. I do think it's important that anyone using this should devise some similiar test, focused on specific areas. I wish I had taken photos. I also would not use a general test based on "looks better" "plumper" as those are easier to self-deceive.

To reduce the signs of aging, use the Skinlyte Hair and Whole Body bar as a mask overnight. Skinlyte has a soap that is loaded not only with collagen but also keratin peptides. It is called Hair & Whole Body Bar. It is fast absorbed because it has an enhanced binding enhancement technology which produces a water molecule that hydrates skin and hair. It repairs, rebuilds and strengthens hair and skin. I got it at Amazon and I am impressed with new benefits I discover every time I use it. I noticed many improvements in my hair, skin and nails. What I like best about it is that it's all natural and without harmful chemicals such as synthetic dyes, fragrance, SLS or preservatives.

I always recommend Avene's retinal product, which comes in two different strengths, start out with a lowest and work up to the higher one if you like. It really really does work. It's also better than any of the retinoid products because they all need to go through one or more conversion phases to get to retinaldehyde, so why not just use retinaldehyde and save time and all of the negatives that go along with the other retinoid products.

You don't want accelerated cell turnover, skin stem cell experience telomere shortening despite them having telomerase, it is not active enough. The cells have limited number of divisions, and you don't want to near the end of that, as that will yield aged skin eventually. As for skin white tea and matcha inhibit elastase and collagenase, and provide anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant activities.

Hi Dr Brad. Thanks for your excellent series of quality, science-backed videos. I pretty much adhere to the various topical and supplemental suggestions you have made over the years. One question: I acquired Paula's Choice AHA and BHA (as per this video) and I am about to include them in my regime: twice per week as per your own practice. However - I note that the Directions on both products state that the products (one or two pumps) can be applied "once or twice daily". This is a lot more than twice weekly. So I am wondering if I could use these Paula's Choice products every day AND THEN continue to apply my Retinal product every night with no breaks - - as opposed to applying these Paula's Choice products twice weekly and, on the day of application, forgo my usual retinal product. These two potential regimes are very different and I was wondering if you had an opinion on this. Kind Regards.

I've been doing at home micro needling for about 12 yrs. I absolutely recommend, but do your homework/ research before you start. There's a lot of info on YT about it.

Penn Smith has a lot of info re: dermarolling and microneedling. More recently I saw Dr. Abs do a segment on it. Both are on RUclips.

Very effective, including for hair growth, but if anyone is doing it at home follow hygiene guidelines otherwise you're going to destroy your face and likely get an infection

DON’T DO IT (referring to the near infrared lamp shown on the thumbnail page of this video) I put a 150 watt near infrared lamp above my head 18” distant for three minutes. I badly sun-burned my brain, which changed my personality, caused tinnitus, headaches, and reduced working memory and emotional flexibility. 9 months later these are enduring damage symptoms. Yet I found no warnings against overuse of near infrared on the internet. BE CAREFUL.
