Shady, the way you’re doing the vetos doesn’t make much sense. There is regular, silver and gold. The way I use it and think it should be used is that they are actual vouchers. You hold onto them till you use them. If you use Regular during an encounter then that Mon is banned for that specific route. So when you use it on meowth on route 8, you don’t have to encounter it again on route 8 even if you ran into it again. Silver you can use to ban the Mon for that run. So if you used it on meowth you can run away from all of meowth’s evolutions and forms during that run. It becomes an optional encounter. If you ran into Perserker later you could still chose to take it. And the gold voucher, you can use on any Mon you run into and veto it forever for all runs. Regular:that route for that run Silver:that run for any route/static/egg/fossil. Golden:all runs You use them when you need to because it’s a voucher you can spend at any time.
