Cooking samgyetang on a rainy day in Korea | British Korean Cooking

Another go-to rainy-day dish - samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup). Really simple, just stuff a chicken with ginseng, jujubes, garlic and rice :). Another of my Korean wife's favourites! (mukbang at the end)
