"It was just my name" it's so true & unfortunate at the same time coz as an international student you don't expect such things to happen especially in a so called 1st world country but it's so true. One of my friend started getting interview calls after he changed his name to "Brian" in the resume.
Interesting, I really do love Australia. If not for boarder closure I would have been there by know... Although , when I started my process there where no channels were get information like this , I researched the hard way lol, but I'm already giving out information on how far I have gone to those who are just beginning... Well done sis, I truly enjoyed watching.
Yes sis. I felt the same way during my process because I couldn’t find a lot of information online. And that’s why I decided to do this video. I’m glad you enjoyed it. 🙏🏽🙂
Hey guys I'm so happy that I found people who are willing to share information like this thank you so much So I have just started applying to universities in Australia it's been a hard process do you guys have any suggestions of agencies that will help me out to apply to the universities
I'm so happy to find a RUclipsr from Nigeria who studied in Australia. I have always wanted to know about the study environment in Australia as well as career prospects based on course of study. So I want to ask: - I graduated with a CGPA of 3.04 on a 5 scale in political science (2015). I'm 29yrs and I'm a career change seeker, hoping to study Masters in Social Work in Australia. Will I be eligible to study in Australia universities? - Is Social Work a high demand course or skill in need in Australia? What are the job prospects for social work in Australia? Does this differ based on states and regional areas in Australia? - do they accept persons with physical disabilities to study Social Work? - do you have any contact details or connection with immigration agents in Australia? - I heard that in Australia skilled Occupation List, some skills are sometimes removed and replaced, is there any chance that Social Work will be as untouchable compared to Nursing?
Thank you for the great video. Heading to Melb in a few weeks as a Senior iOS Engineer, I wonder if there is any advice regarding seeking a job in the same role there, and what the current job market is like at the moment?
Hey👋... I'm planning on being an undergraduate science student in Melbourne so want to ask if there are full scholarships offer for undergraduate student and which can be most advised to apply to
This video is among the best I’ve seen on lives with international students outside their home country. The way you talk, how clean it is .. keep it up 👍. Please I’m applying to a school in Melbourne as well😊, I hope I get admitted course I’m in love with the country, but they asked for my passport number, is it right? Another thing is the animals dere, how’s life dere with it .
Thank you 🙏🏽 So as an international student, your passport is one of your primary means of identification and that’s why they asked for the number. I live in Melbourne, close to the city so I haven’t seen any wild animals around me unless I go to the zoo😊
This video was very enjoyable and informative. I'm fresh out of high school and also plan on studying software engineering in Australia. Oh, btw, I'm Nigerian too which I think you can tell by my name although I'm currently residing in Fiji. 😄
I have someone working on my visa and just want to ask that if I come to Australia will I be able to work and pay my tuition fee on my own as an engineering student?
Did you study Masters in engineering? I'll like to ask you for clarification. I heard that engineering students and graduates find it very hard to get a job in Australia (my relative currently in Australia is studying Aeronautical engineering and yet couldn't find job in his field). Pls which job websites can engineering students/graduate use in applying for jobs in Australia? - Is it true that the only way to secure a PR pathway via study route is to get a job related to your field of study only?
I believe most countries has rules concerning their aeronautic field.. In most countries before you can secure jobs in that aeronautic field you must be a citizen or permanent resident because that’s one important sector of the country so they don’t just accept anybody who hasn’t signed an oath with the country ( you should understand)
I really enjoyed your video thank you so much it was really insightful. Please can I get your thought about moving to Australia with your husband and having a tuition fee that can pay for a year and planning to save the rest while working?
I'm glad you find the video useful ☺Thats similar to what I did, when I moved. I planned for my first year tuition and living expenses (rent, utility bills, etc) upfront, worked part time here and saved for my second year. Although, I came alone and everyone's situation is different, i'd say its feasible with adequate planning
@@ChiiAlia Nice video Thanks sooooo much. Please l am considering masters in Australia. Kindly tell me how much in naira l need to have for my first year.......I mean tuition, rent and utility bills Thanks in anticipation for your response

Heyy so I’m planning to study my undergrad in Melbourne and I have a few questions. Are Australians not friendly? Is there racism? Does it get too lonely being an international student? Also which Uni did u go to?
Idk if this helps but there isn't much racism in Australia for my own experience and I'm Asian. The school I'm attending is filled with students with different ethnicity (people born in England, Africa, New Zealand, Filipino, Vietnamese, Sweden, Australia and etc.) I'm friends with many people who have different nationality and we don't experience much racism. The school offered several excursions to visit many varieties of uni's and I saw many people with different ethnicity who was currently studying at the uni. I've been to Melbourne bec my sister got accepted in the globe K-pop audition and in Melbourne it was filled with like a lot of people with different culture and I didn't experience any racism there. People were so friendly, however I suggest you should attend UQ or QUT in Brisbane in my opinion it's quite expensive in Melbourne😊
Thanks for sharing. I have worked as a software engineer in Nigeria and would like to move to Australia to study. Would an MSC program in Information Technology lead to a Software Engineer role? Also I was hoping to get some info about funding for my visa application. I want to sponsor myself using my earnings from work. Would it raise any questions since I do a remote job? Thankd
What's the minimum fees for Universities/colleges for master of science degree program?? What's the bank balance for the VISA requirement?? Thanks for the informational video.
