bangin on wax was a project brought forward by ronnie philips to collaborate bloods and crips to express their frustration and hate for each other through music rather than through violence. rather have them diss each other on tracks than kill one another in the streets. the project actually helped decrease violence in LA at the time because a lot of brothers were coming together and seeing the light. you need to do your research before questioning things, it'll make you look a lot smarter
