There’s probably just as many fake omegas out there than any style of Rolex. The omega copies are usually higher quality so you probably just don’t notice them.

Big difference between Omega and Rolex, yes Omega are time keeper for Olympics and actually innovate and manufacture the timing equipment. Rolex on the other hand are Official time keepers for F1, but only for how long the race runs for, the lap timing equipment (the critical timekeeping equipment) is made by another company.

Speaking the absolute truth. Owning both Rolexes and Omegas, I have to say that Omega movements ARE better (longer power reserve, double barrel designs and beautiful finishes) Omegas built with those movements will stay accurate for longer when you aren't wearing it. Rolex movements start actually getting significantly slower after about 24 hours of not wearing the piece. Omegas indeed stay accurate for longer. I also find Omega pieces far more interesting.
It's interesting you say that because that is actually the difference between the testing for Omega vs Rolex. Rolex only test their accuracy over a short range of the power reserve whilst Omega test theirs over the majority of the power reserve
@ALL-il1sw yeah the Rolex will lose about 5-10 minutes a month when you don't wear it often or stretch too long between wears. It's more accurate when you wear the piece all the time. None of my Omegas have this problem.

Buttttttttttt it has been saturated and saddened with all of the watches that are copied from Rolex. Ruins the excitement and the market. Because Rolex only has so much. It is the best Rolex movement though because the 32XX series is a disappointment. Soz though the METAS movements are way beyond even the old 3135.
